I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.

This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.
I recently bought a used car from here. They are very unwilling to negotiate prices at all, and tell you they put a lot of work in the car and BS you on why the cost is the cost. My car passed inspection, but needed new tires, they barely passed. Upon calling to inquire it took me 3 days to get in touch with anyone. The used car manager max is awful. Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, basically said my problem not his. I contacted the GM AL, who is extremely professional and great customer service. He worked something out to make me a satisfied customer. As long as you don’t deal with Max, you will be good. Max gives the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, don’t know how he even has a job there.
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
Spent a little longer there than expected but understandably so, they were pretty busy. Good experience nonetheless. Staff was friendly, process was painless. I would recommend the dealership and Ahmed to others.
Got an appointment within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, my Enclave was taken immediately and the problem was diagnosed within 45 minutes. The rear evaporator was leaking and required replacement. It was replaced under warranty with no charge to me. The service manager also noticed that the car was due for inspection soon and and was inspected at my direction. No hassle, great service!
Jason and Mike worked after hours to get me into a new (2019) Colorado. I appreciate the friendly no complaints can do attitude. Jason also gave me a follow up call a few days later to see if everything was good. Thank you guys! Tim
We've been looking for a Suburban with specific options and color combination. David Harrison never gave up the search until he found the perfect one! All of our boxes were checked and it's beautiful. On top of finding our perfect Suburban, we got an outstanding trade allowance for our Tahoe. We couldn't be happier.
