I live 6 hours away from Autonation West Colonial, and have an Autonation dealer in my town. West Colonial had the car I was interested in, so I went to my local Autonation to inquire about it. I had a horrible experience with my local Autonation. Started speaking with Arturo at West Colonial about the car. He answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.
