Basil Volkswagen of Lockport review
Basil Volkswagen offered me the best deal on my VW Tiguan than any other dealership. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I would just say to be sure to test drive your brand new car before purchasing I love my new Tiguan although, it's my 3rd one. I will shop at Basil again for my next VW, hopefully, the Atlas Sport.

Bought this from chevrolet Lindsey in Woodbridge. DO NOT LET THE PUT ON YOUR TEMP TAGS! They used the wrong screws for mine and it stripped the screw wholes.

Drove 40 miles to their dealership, but it was well worth it. The sales people are very knowledgeable and understand me. I would buy another car from them the next time. I'm in the market. Thank you to the dealership. It was so Easy to do business with them.
2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Nice SUV. Exact interior to my 2019 Jeep Renegade, seating, Electronic connections, trunl. Runs great so far. Only complaint is spare tire space only fits small spare and not full size tire. Exterior is SUV Grey similar to every other SUV on the road

Hartway Motors ChevroletReviews
Hartway Motors Chevrolet review
Hartway Motors gave me one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. At 82, I wanted a vehicle that made me feel safe, confident, and not left behind by modern technology. What I didn’t know was that my son had been working with Nichole and Emily to surprise me with a 2026 Chevy Trax for my birthday. When I saw the email, I drove straight to Hartway — and the moment I sat in the Trax, I felt something I hadn’t felt in years. It was familiar, simple, and made me feel 20 years younger. The kindness at Hartway is real. Emily patiently walked me through every feature until I felt comfortable. Randy helped me celebrate and even let me start up a brand‑new Corvette — a moment I’ll never forget. Everyone treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Hartway Motors reminded me that good people and good businesses still exist. This wasn’t just a car purchase; it was a gift, a memory, and a reminder that I’m still moving forward with confidence.

I am a person that gets so stressed just thinking about car dealership. Crazy cheap cars made it so easy. Was not stressed at all we worked with Tony he has honest. Help through the whole process no pressure. It is nice to have someone help me feel comfortable with my decision. Tony is down to earth, felt like family just talking with him. You can't go wrong with Tony. ❤️

I’d like to shout out to jimmy, Jay, and jimmys wife. Had an amazing experience they were professional, honest, funny, and there for my every need. Great prices, great bedside manner. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. All the vehicles were in mint condition. No pushy sales man or late night text or hounding phone calls. Zoom auto nailed it. 👊😉👏👏👏🤗 love my new vehicle.

From the time I stopped to get an estimate for the body work repairs until the work was complete, Tracy managed every aspect of the process and kept me informed. She called when the parts arrived and confirmed that our scheduled date was still going to be workable. She and Tasha made sure that I had adequate transportation during the repair process and provided a ride home when I dropped the truck off. The repairs were complete 2 days ahead of schedule and everyone there made sure to accommodate everything I needed to have done. Great Job by everyone involved!!!

Worked with Greg. He helped us right away and was very friendly.. Looked at a car, were going to purchase it, but changed our mind. He was understanding and easy to work with. Would definitely purchase a car there if we found the right one.
2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Efficient and complete service explained and completed per the Chevrolet recommended vehicle service schedule. A detailed and complete written checklist was provided upon completion identifying each checkpoint, recalls on my vehicle (there were none), tire tread depth, etc. A tire rotation was included free of charge because I purchased the tires from the dealership. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the waiting are a is clean and comfortable.

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

I found my new ( used) vehicle online. Made an appointment for test drive. No pressure. The purchasing experience was easy and they worked with me to get as close as possible to my desired payment. Marc was one of the people I worked with. I recommend checking them out.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.
