I have been looking for a Corvette at many dealerships and talking with Chris (product specialist and really knows Corvettes), he asked me to come in and told me I wouldn’t leave without their remaining C8 Stingray, Z51 package, magnaride, Corsa exhaust and other great features. The Vette had only 5K miles as well. How often does it occur where the person you are talking to, texting or emailing actually tell you straight up what they can do and will do? About as often as a solar eclipse. I arrived last Friday and everything was straight forward, down payment and easy financing and added a 5 yr/36,000 mile warranty as part of the offer. Well “Scarlet” is now part of my new journey for many years to come. Chris even gave me a black Chevrolet jacket because they didn’t have any C8 jackets in inventory. Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. Great sales representative he was patient and explained the car features. A lot to learn. Financing could have given me better deal financing. Not much personality in that department .
