As a young woman with 3 kids and a full time job, Tony Dillberg made this transaction so seamless as well as Aiden in Finance, & Paul who was there when I was taking the car home - he sat in the car with me and walked me through all the features - he helped set up my app. He explained everything very clearly and professionally. The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. Really great staff and service members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast. They were organized, informative, ready to answer any questions and made it very clear that they will help without hesitation even after the car is off the lot. The man who came with me for the test drive (I wish I could remember his name maybe Kain) was also amazing, informative, & helpful to navigate me on a low traffic route at rush hour. Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful.
