I was traveling to Florida and my Town and Country van was loaded with our snowbird seasonal gear when I struck a deer near Blufton Ohio and totaled the van. I called Garber to arrange a purchase of a used Pacifica they did not have one in stock that met my requirements. Garber arranged for a Loaner/Rental over the phone and I was on my way. Heather kept me informed of her efforts in locating a Pacifica, she contacted us and emailed us the details in Florida. We looked at vans in Florida and knew what color and accessories we wanted and she found one, had it prepped and we returned to Michigan and we had exactly the vehicle we wanted.
I came in looking for a specific vehicle I found on Cars.com, located it, test drove it, and bought it. Dealership didn't have to sale me the vehicle, I knew what I was looking for. I may be different from other shoppers - my buying experience was great!
Went in for an oil change/DEF fill up/general service checkup at 5500 miles. Also needed the alignment checked. Was in and out in 1.5-2 hours, zero hassle, with updates from the service manager along the way.

I had great service! They offered to let me test drive a new vehicle overnight. They honored a coupon on a service receipt for $250 off in the sales department. I had a thorough orientation to my new vehicle and they even threw in a tire/key-fob warranty since I was buying a 2017! This is at least the 5th vehicle we have purchased at Young’s and we also have our vehicles serviced there! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Young’s!
This dealership is AWESOME! I'm never disappointed. From purchasing the car, general service, or damage from hitting a deer (including the courtesy car they provided) . . . NEVER have had a disappointment in the 20+ years I have been doing business with Young Chevrolet!
The lease was up on our truck, so was there to check out our options. Want to give a big thank you to Jamie Luchenbill for all her patience and help getting us into a new vehicle. As always everyone was a great help. I'm really pleased with our new 2018 Equinox, I always try to steer people their way when they mention wanting a new vehicle. Have always had good service there whether leasing a new vehicle or having one serviced.
