I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
Fast repairs...service personnel fully explained the problem and what was necessary to fix my car.
The all wheel drive in winter is the best!

This car has everything I need for my family. The AWD is great for Michigan roads in winter. We have plenty of room to pack up and go on vacation. Lots of room inside for storing our luggage and a place on the roof for our kayak. I am impressed with the way it handles on the road and is very comfortable! I simply love the Traverse!
It was great. Scott Samson, Ken Tabbert and everyone there is good to work with. They are professional and yet down to earth. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from Vetter's.

This car is comfortable and has been a better performer than advertised. I am getting 19 miles to the gallon even though it was rated at 15. The car is easy to drive, park, and enjoy. I am happy with the car and would only like it better if it was battery or hybrid.
The service was great. It took a short time. Convenient hours now that they are open later in the day.

Vehicle has a comfortable ride. The extra seats are an improvement from our Equinox. And the heated seats are already making 11� seem doable. Nice speaker sound as well.
Overall it was a good experience since we came to look at one specific car and was able to purchase it. The process took longer than expected since it was over 2 hours and most of the time was waiting for finance.
The Sales team was able to answer all questions and provide support where needed.

Traded my 2005 Jeep which I loved for my 2016 Taverse awd and love driving it. its roomery gas mileage actually little better, love the heated seats and all the other luxury features. I’m spoilt by it.
Very spacious, comfortable car. Nice to drive and lots of features with the 2LT trim. MyLink entertainment system is excellent and Bluetooth connectivity works well. Abundance of storage and third row seating make this a good family car with a nice sporty look.
Great job to all involved! We were able to drop our car off the night before, and by 7:55 a.m. the next day, I was contacted with the answer to our problem and a corresponding clear solution. Gates was able to complete all necessary work before the end of the same day! This was not the first time we have taken our car to Gates for diagnostics and solutions, nor was it the firs time that the service team at Gates has provided great service. We will be back!

The look inside and out of this car is amazing. Very roomy with 3rd row seats and it is a small but powerful vehicle. Would recommend to anyone.
First off, I truly appreciate how easy it is to contact the service center. "Jan" patches me right through and the gentlemen manning the phones seem to view each call as urgent. I wish this all dealerships applied this thoughtful principle. Secondly, I have always been treated as a valued customer by the service crew. They often know me by name. This, although unexpected, always leaves a great impression and tends to make me feel respected. In turn, it's easier to respect and trust the advice given to me regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations. Multiple times the guys have gone out of their way to make it easier on my wallet. They are courteous enough to promptly call and discuss options before assuming the work. They don't push and respect my decison. Finally, they are thorough with the details upon payment and close each interaction with a handshake. Hands down, Gates Toyota is the best dealership I've ever gone to for service. A special thanks to Steven, Brian and the whole crew.

Own a food truck so I use it to pick up supplies and there is plenty of room. Never needed more space. Then great for family.
I had a seat cover on my 2017 impala replaced due to a separation of the stitching on the driver's seat. They told me it was a good 2-3 hours to do. My car was done in 1 1/2 hours.

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
WE HAD A GREAT BUYING EXPERNCE THE GUYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DID'NT HAVE THE CAR THERE BUT FOUND IT AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WERE WE WANTED TO BE.THE WIFE LOVES HER 2014 EXPLORER, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. THANKS GUYS

It’s super comfy to drive! Navigation system is great. I haven’t had anything pop up that I’m unhappy with. I’m very satisfied with my recent purchase!
First let me say that I know nothing of vehicle repair. I drive my car , that's it. It's extremely refreshing to be treated respectfully and provided with information concerning repairs that I can actually comprehend , both of which have happened with each of my dealings with Deals On Wheels service center in Dowagiac Michigan. Excellent repair work , fair pricing AND a genuine concern for the safety of the driver! This sounds like one of those reviews that the business writes for itself doesn't it? It's not ! I'm a real customer and I am truly this impressed this business's service center . I haven't purchased a vehicle from Deals on Wheels ,so I cannot speak on that part of the business.
