This is the only place I would buy my cars, if they don't have what I am looking for I can wait. Very personable, Great customer service. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Competent staff look into any issues that you may have and polite to boot.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
I stumbled onto this dealer while I was browsing for a Honda Civic si sedan. I had struck out twice in OKC, I saw this nice red Civic si and thought I’d give it a try. Within the hour, Gary texted me asking me if I was interested in that car. so hats off for taking the time to contacting me back on such short notice. Off to a good start in my book, Gary was well informed on the car since he was the one who got that trade in. These guys prices are phenomenal, there’s no other place I was gonna find another beauty of a car like that with so little miles and so cheap. 10,900.00 for a 2010 civic si with only 75k miles on it is almost unheard of. Needless to say I took the drive out there the second I was free. Though it was a bit of a drive it was well worth it. And even though the page gave me the wrong location for that particular dealer, Gary was willing to stay there and wait for me after hours. As soon as I got there we took it out for a test drive and it was everything I expected. Great team, very professional, very friendly, and very happy with my purchase. You just can’t beat these kind of prices. Gary thanks again brother, I’d recommend my friends to buy from your guys dealer.
My husband has moderate dementia. He went to the service department because a red light was on. A service employee kindly and patiently helped him buckle his seat belt and sent him home with no charge. I wouldn?t get my car serviced anywhere else now.
This was the best car buy experience we have ever had. We drove 2 hours to the dealership, they kept in contact with us the entire time to keep us updated that the vehicle we were planning to buy was still there. Dave was very helpful and answered all our questions. The facility was the nicest dealerships we have been in. We wish we were closer so we could utilize the repair shop! We were constantly offered drinking and snack while we were going through the buying process, everyone we dealt with insured we we're as comfortable as possible. We have a one year old that they didnt mind was running all around plus they have a kids area. And the financial guy Charlie let him run free in his office while we signed all the papers didn't mind when he restarted his computer. Charlie also went out of his way to get us a fantastic deal and extended the years for our bumper to bumper warranty. We will be going back when my husband needs a new truck or car. Would definitely recommend! Well worth the 2 hour drive!

Went out to look at a vehicle. It was already sold. Kyle asked me what I needed and was looking for. Showed me several possiblities that didn't quite fit. The next day he texted/called and said. I have the car your looking for and he was spot on. Thanks for the extra effort and attention to the staff.
I can't say enough about their service department. I broke down on the side of the Kansas turnpike on the way from Minnesota to San Antonio with my family in the car. The service manager (Coy) sent one of their guys out with some gas in case it was a problem with the gas gauge. The technician (AJ) came out and was extremely helpful, even following us to our hotel and giving me options to continue troubleshooting the problem. Coy called me the next morning to see how things worked out, then fit my car into their schedule first thing in the morning so we could be on our way. This is a perfect example of the America we all wish for. My local Hyundai dealership in MN has treated me pretty well, but I may just come back to Wichita to buy a car from these guys.
Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
I found a vehicle online and was contacted by one of the sales staff. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering questions. I live several hours from the dealership and asked if they would meet me halfway to complete the deal. I've done this in the past when purchasing a vehicle some distance from my home. The salesman instantly agreed, saying that wouldn't be a problem. As we negotiated for the truck, the salesman was quick to respond and went above and beyond in answering my questions.
