We ended up spending a lot of time here, but it was because we weren't completely prepared. The gentleman who helped us, Ian, was an excellent salesman. He didn't push or rush us for any reason, and he was incredibly patient while gathered everything that we needed. We ended up driving away in with a new car and paying what we had in mind when we walked in. If you're looking for a new car and don't want the pressure of a greedy salesman I would highly recommend this dealership.

Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! I had a great experience buying a new Subaru at this dealer. They gave me the best price on my trade and the lowest price on the new car of any Subaru dealer within 50 miles. The sales, service and finance staff were all a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure at all and things moved along very smoothly. I've dealt with other dealers in the area and this is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a car of my own and I didn't feel pressured into anything. They walked me through the whole process, and I felt like I got a great deal. Mike, the salesman, was so helpful and accomodating. I definitely recommend this dealership!
I bought a car in July from Bill, didn???t have the best credit, ended up leaving in a nice 2016 Elantra. A week ago I totaled that car so I knew 100% that I was going back to Bill! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was in the market for a new car when I came across a vehicle similar to to what I was looking for at Bennets. I was very reluctant to purchasing a used car based on prior experience with salespeople misrepresenting the condition of vehicles. After much effort from Chris, including but not limited to additional close up pictures, video calls, and a detailed explanation of every flaw.. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The risk was all on me considering I live in Indiana and had to fly to Allentown but I felt like I was getting honest representation. The sales manager Will also got involved and spoke with me confirming everything I was told. Needless to say, I was quite sceptical. When I arrived at the dealership they pulled the vehicle inside and dried it off (it was raining) so I could do a complete and thorough inspection. The car was exactly as described.. I saw nothing on the vehicle that wasn't previously disclosed. I completed all of the paperwork with Will and he was very transparent with everything from interest rate to vehicle history. It was a pleasurable buying experience and I am very difficult to please. I would recommend communicating with either Will and or Chris if your contemplating a vehicle purchase at Bennets. First class experience.
Jake Levine was our sales person and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! From the minute we arrived to the dealership (which was 6:30pm on a Friday) to the minute we left (9:30pm) we never felt rushed or like we were keeping him there after hours. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, personable & fun. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy but in no-time I was seeing the car I ended up buying just after telling him what we were looking for. I am truly amazed by the service we received from him & Jon in Finanace. I still am blown away that I walked into a dealership not sure of what I was going to get, traded 2 cars, set up financing, paperwork complete & out the door in 3 hours. That has NEVER happened before. I even went back the next morning to bring our 2nd car we were trading in and he answered a few questions and showed us some things inside the care; rather than blow us off because he already sold us a car. He even offered up his cell that I can text him with questions. I have NEVER had this amazing service anywhere else. Give him a big raise because he totally deserves it. Thank you!!!!
