Phillips ChevroletReviews
Phillips Chevrolet review
This is a review of Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. All the employees treat me like family every time I go there for service, parts or purchasing a vehicle. Most of them know me by name or familiar face, but all of them say hello and how are you. After 35 years of being a repeat customer, one gets to know a lot of people there. I get what I call first class treatment each and every time. I buy all my Chevrolet’s from Phillips because of the atmosphere but also great deals. I recommend working with Phillips for all your driving needs. Sincerely, Tom O’Connor.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

Prime Rides AutohausReviews
Prime Rides Autohaus review
Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

Jose was very nice, very polite and honest. He took his time, walked us through everything, never rushed us during inspection or paperwork review. Very polite and honest, and asked for permission for his social media. Disclosed everything and was very apologetic for “taking too long” even if he didn’t take a long time at all.

I was very happy that I chose to come to Phillip Chevrolet in Lansing, because the salesman I had was very polite, knowledgeable, and an awesome salesman. I would definitely give his name to family and friends who's interested in purchasing a car. Everyone at this dealership are very nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait a long time each time I came for service. I will continue coming to Phillips Chevrolet for any service I need on my Chevy Trax because I know that the work will be done correct. Also the service department staff is very polite and knowledgeable and it's so nice when customers receive a bag of Famous Amos cookies 🍪 I love them. Thank you Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing for all that you do. Dine Morris

Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet review
I have been bringing my 2021 Silverado to Wickstrom Chevrolet for service since I bought the vehicle new at their dealership. All maintenance has been performed there, and I am very satisfied with their work and will continue taking my vehicle there for service.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

I was in a bad position it was getting hot and my airconditiong stop working. I took my car to vally Honda and it was fixed on a extened warranty for free .yay. But then they found a problem with my axel. I pankied But Jose Barrea was so kind and so professional. He went above and beyond to work with my extened warrenty that I purchased. Jose Barrera is one amazing mechanic. I highly recommend Vally Honda on Ogden in Aurora. I will be back when I'm ready to purchase a new Vehicle. Thank you so much!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.
