I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Great service as always with service advisor Jose and service assistant Delores. Both take the time to hear your car issues and concerns. I feel Jose is very honest about the best course of repairs for my 2011. Delores makes sure to communicate my message to Jose for me. Delores makes me feel like an appreciatived customer. I have been a customer of Frank Hyundai for more then 25years and I’m always treated professional. However I have come out of pocket about $1459 in the last 3 months.
I recently had the pleasure in buying a new truck from the Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet team. Sales representative Ryan Schoeneweis took great care in my experience and provided exceptional service. I was meet right away, my maintenance was explained to me, and I was told how long it would take. Maintenance was done pretty close to the stated time frame, but it took a little time to get my vehicle from the maintenance area.
Dropping off car. Service guy was nice. He needed help as to what to do , how to handle my extended service contract. He didn’t know who to call and how to charge my rental. I had to school him
Status. I don’t get a call the first day no update till 2 nd day evening. Then a call at night saying car will be ready 3rd day and when to pick up.
Pickup. When okay. Different service admin. My guy was off. He was good. Took care of my rental extended warranty stuff. I paid deductible of 200.. total for AC repairs was over 1600.00. Woohooo. Saved. I just waited 15 mins for my car after paying. They didn’t here to bring up car.
