2018 Chevrolet Equinox review
2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. Overall, the team worked together really well and made the experience efficient, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.
2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier 2.0 AWD is great overall. The 2.0 liter model is very reliable on the freeway and works wonderfully for family trips with children as the back seat is quite comfortable. The 1.5 liter model struggles to get up to freeway speeds in our prior test drive, but it doesn't feel like that at all with the 2.0 liter. The Bose Premium Audio does not have a subwoofer, but the speakers have a deep low range and provide the feeling of a full audio experience. It's quite entertaining when you are jamming out at high volume and your pantleg is rattling from the door speaker. Issue 1. The front seats are rather short leaving 4-5 finger widths from the end of the seat to the back of the legs which results in your legs feeling like they are dangling off the seat, whereas you want something closer to 2-3 finger widths. I am average height of 5'9", so this would be more uncomfortable for taller people. The passenger seat specifically presses into your right leg causing it to start to go numb after 30 minutes, so long road trips in the front passenger seat are quite uncomfortable. Issue 2. I have the 2.0 Premier AWD with every bell and whistle available, and it still "feels" like I am surrounded by plastic. I understand that Chevy is not a luxury brand, but the max comfort trim leaves much to be desired. Issue 3. The Adaptive Cruise feature will randomly disable itself in clear weather. It rarely happens, but it seems to happen for no obvious reason. Disabling Cruise Control and re-enabling it resolves the matter, so it is a minor annoyance more than anything. Something I found amusing - The owner's manual says to use 5w30 for all weather conditions above -20f, then has a caveat to use 0w30 in -20f conditions, and then on the next page has yet another caveat to use 0w40 in -20f conditions.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

2021 Chevrolet Spark review
I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited review
I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

2021 Chevrolet Equinox review
I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I purchased my 2018 Silverado LT Z71 crew cab, 5.4 litre V8 in April of 2018 as a business vehicle with the express purpose of towing a 5x10 trailer (1000+ lbs.) 20+ weekends per year. The majority of the time, the truck sits in my driveway until I need to pull the trailer. Even with the trailer and truck bed fully loaded down, and using Trailer Mode, the truck performs flawlessly. It had 16 miles on the odometer when I drove it off the dealership lot. Granted, I have driven it for a couple of 300 mile trips to the coast and back, but other than that, it's only used for business. It has never been driven hard. The 4 wheel drive works incredibly well. As of today, 8-25-2026, the odometer has 43,356 actual miles on it. I have lovingly maintained the truck since purchasing it, with regular and routine oil changes, tire rotation and chassis lube when needed. It has been the best vehicle that I have ever owned. I always get the same reaction from the CSR's at the dealership where I purchased it when I bring it in - "You don't drive this truck much do you?" - Always makes me smile. My daily driver is a 2016 GMC Canyon V6, which has been shown the same amount of love and care. The only issue it has ever given me, is a programming issue with the touchscreen, but a factory reset fixed that issue.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. These guys are a family business and treat you like family. Here's my story: I live in the Roanoke, VA metro area and this past June went out west on what was supposed to be a long and enjoyable camping trip with my 14 year old son. Unfortunately, by the time we got to Mount Rushmore, I started to have problems with my transmission on my 2001 Honda Accord. And by the time we got to Jackson, Wyoming, the transmission started to fail in earnest. After checking it out, the local mechanic told me to get a new car. Because there wasn't much to choose from in Jackson hole, I decided to take a chance and headed down to the Salt Lake City metro area. I'm so glad my car made it down there. Since I've had it with transmission problems, I decided to get a stick shift for a change. While at a local library searching for cars on the internet, I saw that Peterson Auto had a manual transmission 2006 Subaru Outback in stock. As soon as I arrived, I was met by Mike Peterson who handed me the keys and told me, "we trust you" and encouraged me to take it for a spin by myself. I loved the car (been wanting an Outback for quite a while now), and was ready to buy it, but they had just gotten the car and I was told they needed to have their third party mechanic check it out. After an oil change and new bearings on one of the wheels, they where comfortable selling it and we closed the deal later that afternoon. Then to my surprise, before I could take off with it, they filled up the gas tank for me (which was almost empty). I was pleasantly surprised. Because of the free Carfax report they provided, I was able to figure out that all of the previous owners had "kicked the can down the road" and neglected to get the timing belt changed. It was overdue for a change by over 20,000 miles. So I made arrangements for their mechanic to change it and they gave me a free loaner car during the process. When I got the car back, Mike surprised me with a set of four brand new Sailun Atrezzo tires- for free. Now I ask you.... who does that? These guys really treat you like family. But after driving the car for a few hours, the radiator hose burst. I called Mike and he immediately arranged to have someone pick me up and the car towed. Again he gave me a free loaner car to drive until it was fixed the next morning. It turns out that while putting on the radiator hose after the timing belt change, the mechanic had over tightened it and cracked the radiator where the hose attaches. As Mike said, "it was a self-inflicted wound." But they took care of it and I wound up with a new radiator and hose for my troubles. No charge for any of that. I was just amazed... the car was sold as is, but they treated me like I was family. I'm back home now, but if I need a new car, I just might go on another camping trip and stop by Peterson Auto. I really like these guys. I've dealt with two different dealerships before, but these guys are the best. They made me a "happy camper!"
2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Purchased as a program car from dealer in 2005 with 9k on it yes we’ve had issues Transmission went out at 110,000 k minor issues since then currently has 217,000 miles runs like a dream no oil consumption at all changed oil every 3k bad is fuel 18 best mpg 15 about average love the old inline 6 like a truck and yes it is slow on acceleration but all in all love the ole girl !!

2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport review
Awesome car I now get 25 miles to the gallon I get almost $500 mi to the tank for 49 to $50 I got this used at $137,000 Miles I've had it for 6 weeks I love this thing it does not have a lot of get up and go but if you drive like a responsible person it is a great car it burns oil that is my only complaint you need to watch the oil I got the truck it was getting 19 mi to the gallon in the 6 weeks I've had it I now got it up to 24.8 miles to the gallon this is my first car I love it!
