Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.
From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.
Its always intimidating buying cars from dealerships, but Duane in finance made the whole process simple and easy! he explained everything and made an extra effort to make sure everything was right! i would recommend Van Andle & flikkema to anyone and everyone. Your treated like family as soon as you walk in the door.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The service was Awesome. Friendly, Courteous and very helpful. They were busy but made time to take car of my vehicle. When I forgot a personal item there and they were kind enough to bring it to my house! What dealership does that? WATSONS.

John Kaminski was extremely helpful from the first time I was in to just even look at options for a truck that I did not expect to get until further down the road but within a a month or two I found I needed a new vehicle sooner than expected. He was great with helping find a truck and opened me up to options I had never even considered before. He was able to set me up with new tires and extra after waiting a week for a sensor to be repaired (the wait was not their fault it was out sourced places issue). He helped make sure my sister who referred me got her referral money and was cool to just talk with about things we had in common and I will be coming to see him for my next vehicle as well. I should note Matt was very helpful in John's absence on one day inparticular.
