Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)

Good experience. Our salesman, Russ was great, very patient and found us the exact car we wanted. We were unfamilar with all the new features on this car and Michael Holden went over everything with us. He was extremely nice, did not rush us, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.

We purchased a new truck and dump kit from Blade for our business. The initial experience was great, Quentin and everyone else there was super friendly and helpful. As happens when you buy many trucks for a business this time we got a brand new lemon - the motor blew the next day. Of course we were frustrated but Quentin and his team worked quickly to get us a loaner that we could actually use for the purpose we needed. The service department got the entire engine replaced (under warranty of course) within a couple weeks. They turned what could have been a very bad experience into something bearable with great customer service the entire time. It is easy to be pleasant and friendly when everything goes great but when you have problems and the service remains excellent that is a true sign of what Blade and their staff offer. Thanks!
My wife and I decided to look closer at a few of the Jeep Wrangler models that I had reviewed on line. It was late afternoon by the time we arrived to the lot, and the sales staff afforded us time to check out the Jeeps in inventory, and kick the tires before presenting any sales pitch. Sarah helped answer any further questions we had on our choice during the test drive, and we started on the paperwork. Our trade in was dealt with fairly and Leslie and I both felt that the car buying experience at Blade Chevrolet was a good one. Jacob in financing worked to get us a good rate on the financing, and the small items still needed for the vehicle were handled easily. I have stopped by after the sale, and each time have been greeted cordially and made to feel at home at the dealership. The staff there has a good attitude about sales, and it shows that they care about their customer base to continue future sales and referrals, Great experience, I would strongly recommend this dealership, and have been checking their inventory on line to generate interest for friends and family for that right vehicle.
With Mr granddaughter in tow, I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new car. Staff were very polite and kind. My granddaughter enjoyed her time there and was very excited for the new car. A big hug and a kiss from her to our sales person made the day complete. We named our car the gray ghost and we drive around hunting Pokemon together. What a joy and how comfortable and fun. I love driving my Malibu.
In the past I have always cringed at the thought of going to a dealership to buy a new car. Blade Chevrolet and sales team have changed my mind. I initially went just to test drive a vehicle. Wound up so impressed with both the vehicle and everyone I dealt with that I went ahead and made the purchase. I highly recommend Blade Chevrolet for your next new or used car purchase. They will treat you right, not only during the transaction but after the sale as well.
I first contacted dealer via e-mail . After a few e-mails most of the purchase was done. I came in drove truck and finalized a couple small details and was on my way out with my new vehicle. Iwas completely suprised at how effortless and accommodating the everyone was. Thank you for a memorable purchase. I wil return next time I need a new vehicle.

Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.
First time car shopper at Frontier Ford. After failing to make a deal on a used vehicle at another dealership Frontier had one of the models we were looking at so we figured why not give them a shot before heading South to other dealerships off I-5. Our salesman Sean was helpful and pleasant to work with. He wanted to sell us a vehicle but wasn’t pushy. The road we test drove on was a quiet little road next to the refinery. The road is perfect for testing out the vehicle in pretty much any way you need to.
We drive a hard bargain so we thought for a bit that we weren’t going to be able to make a deal. We are experienced car buyers and the negotiations weren’t as bad as a lot of places we’ve been to but there never really fun especially when your tired and hungry. Sean gave us a protein bar and waters during the process. Ultimately the dealership wanted our business and won us over on a Hail Mary. We wanted to shop local at a local dealership but aren’t willing to make a lot of concessions to do so. I feel we got a great value on the out the door price. We were offered many extras but did not purchase any so I cannot speak to that.
The only thing that triggered us was essentially being forced to purchase a vehicle tracking device called Spireon Kahu. It is similar to LoJack and the dealer stated that they install it as a security device to protect their assets and it probably lowers their insurance cost. Long story short we did not want to purchase the tech but it was already installed on the vehicle. We negotiated the price of the tech and ultimately agreed to leave it installed as the dealer stated it would cost money to remove it. Now to the fun part. The 2015 Dodge Dart we purchased is for our teenage son. Using the app for the Tech on a smartphone we can monitor where he is at and be notified if he exceeds a set speed. We chose 65mph. We can also set up an electronic perimeter as well as monitor the vehicle battery from the Kahu app. We got an insurance discount for the active tracking system and trust me you need it when insuring teenagers. I probably sound like a Kahu salesman but hindsight we have no regrets leaving the tech installed. Just make sure you ask the sales staff whether it is installed or not and whether you will be force to purchase it or if it will increase the price of the vehicle if you want it removed. It worked out for us but it may not work out for you. Thanks Frontier for helping us find our son a safe and hopefully reliable vehicle!
My salesman at the Frontier Ford dealership was very personable which made the car buying experience so much fun. I had my 11 year old son with me and even though we were there for quite some time trying to pick out my dream car, Zack kept us both enertained during the whole process. Very hospitable. I will return to Frontier Ford for any future vehicle needs.
Great car buying experience. Did everything to make me feel comfortable and never pushed for a sale. I was very picky and shopped for a long time. Great service and great respect. If you come here you will not be disappointed.
Within a five hundred miles of where I live there were only 2 2015 Ruby Red Mustang Convertibles One at Frontier and one south of Seattle. Frontier's pricing from the start was spot on. It was just under 400 miles to Frontier and well worth the trip. Salesman JR was great as was the Sales mgr. David. Very pleasant buying experience. A few weeks later I realized that I had two left boot covers. Apparently a factory screw up. Both David the Sales Mgr and the Gen mgr Mike Z stepped up to the plate and ordered and shipped me the right part. Adam in the Service Dept was also helpful in fixing this. Wish this dealer was closer.
