Excellent service! I???m a first time leaser and my experience at the Roslyn dealership was short of nothing! All of the workers were extremely welcoming and helpful. The general manager, Joe Sgroi, was very helpful and patient with assisting me in figuring out what car was right for me. Ricardo Nelson sold me my car and not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, teaching me my new car and helping me with insurance plans, but he also made the whole process enjoyable with his humor and kindness! I 10/10 recommend this dealership and working with these amazing people! And of course I???m in love with my new Chevy equinox!!! I had found many cars looking here, its just sadly the one I chose, and more specifically the dealership Planet Auto was a dishonest place. Iv spent 4.5 grand in repairs.

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
Genuinely nice people. Want the best for you and willing to go up and beyond to make your experience easy and enjoyable. Very understanding, flexible and non pushy. Makes it easy for the working man with little time.

This is the best truck I have purchased. Plenty of leg room both front and back. Color both interior and exterior is wonderful. Dash is easy to understand. Overall very well.
Excellent service I walked in with not high expectations but my salesman Chris Jones did everything in his power to put me in a new car even though my credit isn???t the highest he worked with me and I was able to walk out in a couple hours with a brand new Camaro

I fell in love with this newly designed SUV. It rides smooth. A truly excellent vehicle. Big GM/Chevy fan. Chevy is the most dependable car company.
Marc was very helpful...explained service options clearly but was not pushy in any way...just explained options and was correct about estimated wait time He was very friendly!

The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
Juan was extremely helpful to us when we leased our car. I loved how I didn???t feel any pressure or urgency when deciding on a car!

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle

I’ve driven this car for 87k miles and I’m the original owner. Comfort is ok. It’s a Chevy not your grandmas buick. But for a small car it rides decent. Interior design lacks storage space. You sit too high, the center console needs to be bigger. Performance. My car has a 1.4l turbocharged engine. Now it’ll do 0-60 in about 10 seconds, it’s not a racing car. But it’ll get up and go decently fast up until you hit 45mpg because it doesn’t have a lot of torque but hey it’s a cheap car. Gas mileage is great! If I’m going 60mph I get 38-43mpg if I’m doing 75mpg I get 32-35mpg. The handling is amazing winter driving was no problem just use common sense. This car is a GREAT bang for your buck. You get great fuel economy a stylish design a nice sporty side. Now reliability. I live in northern Iowa. It was -23 degrees actual temp. It remote started perfectly fine outside no garage. I’ve driven 87k miles with no engine issues I get it serviced regularly and please run synthetic oil don’t be stupid. All the electrical works perfect the car shifts smooth. It is a good car for the price

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.

This car is much bigger than what I’ve owned previously. It’s great for starting a family and for driving in the winter. It has a lot of great features like the heated steering wheel and automatic fold seats.
Service was quick and the employees were very helpful. I will recommend and use them again. It was awesome experience

This car meets all my needs, fit, style, comfort, rear backup and anti collision. My husband is 250 lbs and the seat is a little small for him, but it's my car and it fits me well and I'm under 200 pounds. I love the car every day more and more.
All the people I dealt with were very helpful and made sure my issues were corrected. Very kind and friendly.

I purchased my Chevy Impala LT used but still under manufacters warranty. I like the interior and exterior. The leg room in the back seat and trunk size is impressive. The cars sleek body is not to big and not small. Chevy did a great job with this new body size.
The staff was very polite and professional. They took my car right away. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

The 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ looks and rides as if it is fresh out the box. I purchased this car as a certified, preowned vehicle, with only 1 previous owner. It is fully loaded. It is FWD, but has power, so you won’t get left behind. However, it looks like a luxury vehicle and has the ability to drive like one as well. I love this car! With the lane departure warning system and other safety features, I will feel safe passing this car to on to my son once he graduates high school!
Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.

This car is an extremely luxurious vehicle, & dependable. Only problem I’ve had is the emergency breaking system failing. Repairs cost $1600 and it is Notorious In this year. There should be a recal since it is an safety hazard, the breaks can fail a any point if not repaired entirely.
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
