I can say it was a pleasure doing business with the parts Dept the guy at the parts desk went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and to help me get set up with a commercial acct and deliver parts found me a new parts place and when we get ready to buy a new car we will be going there this time instead of where we bought our last one thanks for all the help
I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in, a new 2017 Malibu Hybrid, and he helped me find it, display it, and helped me get it at a good price.
Good job, John!

Brakes goes down to almost the floor when stop pull to the right when you leave go of the wheel back seat no rooml my Cruz is better2017 gas and brak paddle to close i hit the brakes then drift down to the floor and side of my foot hits the gas paddle bad car sucks
We went looking for a Malibu hybrid and Shaheen had four of them which is hard to believe because they're hard to find. We found one that we really like and they worked with us for a great price. In doing so they had to to stay two hours past closing on a Saturday and it seemed that everybody involved was happy to do so. We drove the car home that night and have been truly happy with the car. Besides where can you go and get helped buy a rockstar! Thank you Richie.
Tobie was fabulous to work with. He was very detailed and answered all the crazy questions that I had. Is by far the best Sales Representative I have ever dealt with.
Hi there, I bought a 2010 Ford f-150 xtr xlt, a few months back. To say the least I am running an expanding business and need another truck. The one I bought here from a sales rep. Wilson was excellent! I am looking at another same make o\and model from my experience.
2012 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT Review
Worst sub ever owned

Not sure what Chevy has done wrong? But our Equinox was a issue shortly after we purchased it new on Feb of 2012! Like all cars and anything else new you have high hopes and expectations, well the Equinox fell very very short.. At around 7k mile our front strut started rattling. Mounting bolts came off @ 20k miles we started having transmission issues that the dealer gave us run the around about since it was not consistent but it would occasionally slam into the next gear after sitting at a stop light or stop sign and it was time to move. Fought this issue for several month's. Finally at 30k mile the dealer supposedly fix the issue! During the same time frame we noticed a change in the engine noise. After checking it appeared the engine was 3 quarts low on oil. I am very strict with all vehicle services on all my vehicle's. The on board computer stated we still had 50% oil life remaining. So I put in oil took it back to Chevy. Only to have tgem tell me it's normal for these engines to consume a quart of oil about every 1 to 2 thousand miles! Which did not make sense. Based on there theory and the on board computer if I followed from that point on my engine would not only be negative (not really) 3 quarts of oil once the computer tells me at 15% oil life to pwrform a oil change which is about 7500 miles. The engine would blow up from no oil left! So I started doing oil changes at 3000 miles which with full synthetic started to get expensive. This continued until they realized lots if these engines were having a big problem. So for $158 labor the dealership would perform a consumption test and then extend your engine warranty to 150k miles. (They really do have a known issue just Google it) so had that done but still had to keep topping off the oil. At 3000 miles this oil would come out blacker than fresh asphalt! So now fighting trans slipping again at 60k miles that dealer will not cover any more and oil disappearing routinely.
Car is only little past 3 years old at this time. A couple trans flushes seemed to help the slipping. At year 4 the defrost/floor selector stopped working cost to repair over $500 Due to mostly labor to remove the entire radio/center stack to replace Yeap you guessed it cheap part that chevy used and the service advisor knew all to well about stated he gets at least 2 a month in and or parts dept is usually out of stock for the upgraded part.
As the oil issue continued throughout its life with us. Over the next couple year's went through other issues. 1/2 dash lights not working. Rear wiper stopped working head light switch went out all different times. Electric seat warmer. Rear hatch handle. Just could not deal with this horrible vehicle any more. At year 7 with only 86k miles on it we gladly traded it in. Sorry chevy you lost a lifelong customer! Purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage for less than what the Equinox cost me with more bells and whistles. I would avoid these lines of subs like the plague! I've owned several vehicles in my 52 years of life and I have never heard or seen of engines just using oil for no reason. I have a 02 chevy avalanche with 300k all original miles on it and the only oil it uses is a small drip from the rear main not enough to even notice on its dipstick. Also own a 2012 Kia Rio with 135k miles on it never a drop of oil and a flawless car if I may say! If you buy a Equinox hope you enjoy the dealership or other mechanic!
I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
Early 7-17 production, serial # under 120 currently with 11K+ miles running on original computer programming. Operation has been impressive and flawless to date. Oil/filter changes only. Transmission with new clutch mechanism has a more solid feel in the lower gears like a manual tranny - likely what many might mistake as a "shudder" if gas pedal is jerked. GMs doing something right - 29-30+ mpg highway running a 310 hp V6 engine which will 0-60 in lower 6+ sec.
Overall i am pleased with the car, it appears small from the outside compared to other crossovers but it has ample room. I dont feel cramped in it as opposed to the large sedan(Lacrosse) i was considering. Pros- It has plenty of pep when you hit the gas 252hp turbo so you are never lacking for power. Lots of tech features along with modern safety features . Collision avoidance ,Apple Car Play Etc. Stylish and sporty, AWD option and 19inch wheels. Good gas mileage. Cons- occasional issues with the accessories (bluetooth and AppleCarPlay). The startstop system can get annoying but it doesnt bother me as much as most reviews ive seen. That being said i would turn it off if i could, im not really sure it saves gas.
I'd like to thank Jesse for making sure that I knew what was going on and for making sure that I had transportation while the car was there for the ten days or so it was in. Thanks to Casey for being on top of the issues involved and for taking care of me when the bottom line came into being. Last, but not least, a great big thanks to Nathan for his work on getting the engine repaired and back into top notch shape.

This car pretty much has everything, more than I have ever had on a car.
Plenty of leg room, ample cargo space, love the white diamond pearl paint and the chrome wheels
I found the car I wanted posted by Sundance Online and contacted the dealership immediately. August was so helpful and told me the car I wanted was on hold but asked me to swing by and check it out anyway as well as other cars. After looking at many cars, I still had my heart set on the original Chevy Cruze that caught my interest online. I asked August to give me a call if it became available and the very next day he called and told me the other deal didn't go through and the car could be mine! I was thrilled! $7,900 for the Cruze and it only had 64,000 miles. August talked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything since this was my first car purchase. My only negative comment about my experience was with the finance guy, Jay Meyer. Jay seemed very irritated and pushy with me and was not kind when I refused the extended warranty. I financed through my bank already so I think maybe he was upset about that and felt he was wasting his time? I'm not sure but it was very uncomfortable. Still highly satisfied and thankful to have met August!

I became handicapped a few months ago & needed a nice looking sedan to make things easier for me.
I tested several & the Cruze was the best fit for me.
I was in the market for a used vehicle and looking to get out of two vehicles because one of them I was having issues with. I had some negative equity and wanted to get rid of the two payments for one and I was told it was impossible at another dealer. I called Tony and he showed me how to make it happen and put me into a brand new Buick Lacrosse for less than I was paying on the two others. He makes the process so smooth every time and always finds a way to get it done for me.

This car rides like a dream it glides like butter over the cracks in the street and it still has the new car smell. It’s everything i wanted in a car.
Fadi was a very helpful person. He went over all options for financing. Explaining the leasing process in full detail but so i could understand it. He made sure i understood. That is important because i dint like agreeing but not fully understanding. I had to reschedule and he held my vehilce with no issues. Told me ahead of time all paper work and verification items i would need. Fadi made me feel at ease and was not a pushy salesman!! I appreciate all his help and making my Equinox purchase great!!
Everything. Easy to deal with and extremely professional. Didn't know the throttle body was under special warranty, and was glad to have it covered...but was thoroughly impressed that they also waived the $88 inspection fee! That is a professional organization.

He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him.
