I???m on my 3rd Hyundai from Jenkins and I???ve never ever had a bad experience. I come here for my tune ups, my oil changes, everything. I???ve never left disappointed, unsure or feeling like I was pressured into anything. If anything is ever going on with my vehicle and it needs to be serviced, they???ve always assured my children and I are safe to leave, either in my vehicle or in a loaner until my car is ready. I love my Hyundai???s, but Jenkins Hyundai and their amazing, knowledgeable, caring staff is why I always come back.
After a week of looking for a used truck and coming up disappointed by the deceptive pictures online and non professional people we dealt with, we finally found a truck we liked online based on price and the pictures provided on the Plaza Chrysler Dodge website.
Although we live in Clearwater, we decided to take the 1.5 hour drive hoping the truck would be what we expected. The trip was worth it in SO many ways. Not only was the truck nicer in person but the sales woman, Christina Finch was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No trying to steer us into a higher priced truck. She could not have been nicer and more professional from the moment we arrived until we left, with the truck, 2.5 hours after thier normal 6pm closing time on a Saturday night. Mr. Orr was also so accomodating as he also remained to complete the paperwork in order for us to leave with the truck that evening.
The dealership itself was beautiful, clean and very professional. We are so glad we took the drive and would do it again in a heart beat if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.
Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.
Brought in my newly purchased 2017 Prius (DeLuca Vehicle was demo but purchased at another site) for regular service. Additionally inquired about an extended warranty. I was assisted by Brie Cohen in Service and Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. Brie was excellent, explained what was covered under the 24M mile warranty and told me that I was covered at no cost for what I was doing that day. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected to pay for service. She then did a hand off to Adam for the warranty (giving me a tour of the facility on the way). Afterwards, when my car was ready she went with me to the car and showed me some things since the car did not come with a owners manual. In addition, Adam made the warranty process effortless, explaining all my options and coverage's. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. I had every intention to buy that day and never felt pressured. Adam was pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All in all, a great customer experience.
By far this was the best car buying experience ever. Paul Ives top notch old school salesman. No pressure went out of his way to get us into the vehicle we decided on. The whole purchase was smooth. Every one there was very professional. Will never buy a care anywhere else.
Personnel were polite and professional. Service advisor kept me up-to-date. My Jeep was serviced with a detailed report provided and explained. My driver???s door was had the protective coat reapplied because of accident- bodywork. Great job!
This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Bill Bryan. First was from Charles back in 2013, Second was from Nicole this past Saturday. Nicole went out of her way to find the vehicle that would fit what I was looking for. Thank you Nicole! A+!!!!
