I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION ...WITH AN APPOINTMENT WHICH I MADE EVERYTHING WAS PREPARED AND READY TO GO . VINCE AND THE SUPPORT STAFF THAT WORKS WITH HIM ARE TOP NOTCH . THIS IS THE SECOND NEW TRUCK I PURCHASED FROM VINCE AND I CAME BACK EVEN THOUGH THEIR NOT THE CLOSEST FORD DEALER TO ME . THE LAST 2005 TRUCK WAS WHAT I WANTED AND ROBIN FORD FOUND IT AT MURPHY FOR ME . COOPERATION AMONG DEALERSHIPS IS ONE OF MANY REASONS I'LL ONLY BUY FORD .
Went to several different other dealerships and all were painful long tedious with the EXCEPTION OF LANDSDALE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. REGINA JACOBS was refreshing… informative, patient showed me several different options to meet our budget. She then worked her butt off in trying to get me the magic # that I required. Inventory at Lansdale Dodge Jeep Ram has Quality Stock far better than other dealerships. Do what we did… Venture out and see for yourself that you will not want to go to another dealership when you compare.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.

Everybody at Fred Beans Nissan was super friendly and accommodating! They were happy to spend hours with us going over every last detail of the car! Christina, Donnie, and Dawson were especially friendly. I shopped around a lot, and this dealership was by far the friendliest and most accommodating.
The best experience. There is never any pressure by salesmens. They let you test drive the car on your own and they let you take your time. They are very kind and work with you through all the steps. Otis was awesome since day one! I called ahead of time and talked to him and he was able to pull my application online and get it all set for me before I even came in. Jesse was just as great worked with me and my monthly budget! The best experience I had! After going from dealership to dealership I finally found something that I loved inside and out. Would definitely come back and buy another car with them! If you go in ask for Otis!!!! He was honestly the best never pressured me to buy the car at all. And I appreciate it that. If you are looking foe a vehicle to buy this is the place to go.The people are very helpfully and nice,they made the process fast.The sale person that help me his name is Jose made me very comfortable and pleasant was very helpfully in helping me to pick out a truck ,over all Barbara is a great dealership.
