I recently purchased a truck from Thomas , at the Crestwood location. Thomas was very professional and made sure I was able To see and test drive both trucks I was interested in. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase . Thomas was very helpful and patience, he wasn’t pushy. I highly recommend the dealership and Thomas Rose.

Oxmoor Chrysler review
Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.

I had a great experience! Devin was helpful with all my questions and very friendly. At NO TIME was I pressured into making a purchase, he said to me “he was only concerned that I got the vehicle I wanted”. The closing (finance guy) was the same way. I NEVER felt pressured into buying anything. When I called there and spoke to Katina she answered all my questions and told me the vehicle would be waiting for me to test drive when I got there, it was sitting up front clean and ready to go. The sales manager was great with my trade in and this is probably the BEST new car purchase I have ever experienced! This is my first Ford ever but not my last after the way I was treated! If you’re looking for a new or used car and don’t want the high pressure sales nonsense then this is the dealership for you! I would personally recommend them! The vehicle sold me along with their helpful not pushy demeanor. The Maverick was exactly what I was looking for, AWD, hybrid and not all the fancy stuff I didn’t need. The ride is great the handling is great but mostly the fuel mileage is fantastic! I am VERY pleased with my purchase that took less than 3 hours to complete!

Trevor and Damon awesome service writers make sure your s*** is taken care of and the technicians know what the problem is and you couldn't ask for better service writers. Their technicians are great my vehicle was under warranty third party warranty and everything was covered they even found problems that I didn't know that I had and made sure they was taken care of I wouldn't recommend any other service department or service writers to deal with my vehicle at all. These are the people you want to take your vehicle to. They are on top of things yes it took a little longer than what I thought but everything came out great my vehicle is running wonderful and they all did a wonderful job every one of them. I bought the vehicle from them their sales department is also unbelievably nice generous and honest.

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

Swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Swope Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Traveling down I-75 heading to Florida from Michigan and 6 hours into the trip a dash light came on and no cruise control. I called Swope Dodge in Elizabeth town KY and spoke to the service department. We had reservations to spend the night there. I stopped into the dealer about 4:00 Friday February 28th. The service person wrote up the car and gave me a ride back to the hotel with the assurance they would look at my vehicle asap and would call me first thing in the morning. First thing Saturday morning my cell phone rang and it was the dealer, my car was ready. They found a bad wheel sensor, replaced it and even picked me up at the hotel. Outstanding service.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet BuickReviews
Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. We are happy customers and will purchase from them again. Thank you Josh Barrett and Chris Hammer!!!
