He worked with the manager and finance team to set up a smooth, efficient process, leaving only the final verification of the vehicle when I arrived. Upon arriving, I met with Frank, the sales manager. There were a few minor issues I wanted the dealership to address, and Frank was extremely transparent and accommodating. He handled my requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that every concern was addressed to my satisfaction. Finally, I worked with Kyle in the finance department. By the time I reached this stage, the transaction was seamless. Kyle made the paperwork process simple and efficient, thanks to the groundwork laid by Matt and Frank. Everything was handled with precision, making the overall experience exceptionally smooth. Brighton Ford is a dealership that stands out for its transparency, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. 2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Making a 2-hour drive home in my Dodge truck, I noticed my cab lights would not go out. I tried everything I knew to shut them off. I called Transwest in Limon, CO to get help. Shelby, the new service manager, called me back even though it was after hours. He worked with me to figure out what the problem was and helped me solve it. It was dark by this time and I, fortunately, did not have to drive on the highway, in the dark, with my cab lights on. I had never met or spoken to Shelby before and had not been to the dealership in probably a year or longer. Shelby was so courteous and helpful.
