New and used 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select FWD for sale near Derwood, MD

Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

This is my second time at this dealership. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. I told Bryan what I wanted, he had it prepped and ready before I arrived, and pricing was fair and transparent. The whole process took me less than 2 hours, which made my week!

Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!
