My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!

They didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars and didn’t add on any warranties that I didn’t know about to get extra money out of me. Colin was especially helpful and very knowledgeable about what he does. I have recommended this place to multiple friends already, even though it is out of state for us, delivery is worth it and very reasonable. The whole process was easy and quick considering I was buying a car. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly as well. I have liked working with Ray (especially Rob in service) since they took over the Jeeps on the Run sponsorship a couple years ago but I probably took them for granted. It took me moving out of state and having my new dealership trying to pull a fast one on me regarding a MOPAR service contract to make me appreciate them even more. Rob took the time to help me (a customer that is now out of state and will not be using his service department) so I could set the new place straight!
