After arriving at the dealership, Reagan approached me, and I immediately picked up on her positive vibes! As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.

I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. We purchased a 2025 Explorer ST. What a great car. Runs great, handles great, and the sound system is like a high-end home fidelity system. I didn't walk in Bradley Ford with the intent to buy one, but I am glad I did. First, I would like to thank Ali. He was the guy that greeted us in the parking lot and was an enjoyable sole to talk to. We had no plans to buy the Explorer, but what can I say, he made me feel good about looking at the different models. Ali handed us over to our salesman, Shane. Shane was full of answers and a willingness to show us and drive several models. The ST sold me. There was no question about it. The purchase was orchestrated by Dante and Shane, and they just made it happen. We went in and told them what we wanted to do, the amounts we were willing to spend, and they made it happen. I can honestly say this, if and when I need to purchase another car, I will be stopping at Bradley Ford in Lake Havasu first.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
