Sam Leman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Peoria review
Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Willy Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had in my 45 years of driving and owning cars. Scott W. the dealer was pleasant to work with, no pressure sales. The dealership is 1&1/2 hours away and I would definitely go back when we are looking for our next vehicle.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

Uftring Montgomery Chevrolet Cadillac review
Husband and I found a jeep we were interested in and contacted dealership to inquire. Kyle was very helpful, and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. Both were super to work with. We have purchased a good many cars thru the years. And after we purchased our jeep we both agreed this was the most easy no-hassle car buying experience we have had in recent years. So good to actually enjoy buying a car!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Once again BMW of Peoria did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. Ken Reardon is an amazing client advisor and Clinton and Alex do an awesome job as well. They both went above and beyond to get a deal done. Lucas their BMW Genius also did an amazing job helping us understand the technology side of the car and getting our different driver profiles established. Our new M5 is everything we were looking for in a new vehicle. I would recommend BMW of Peoria to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Best experience ever!! Thank you so much to the Uftring Weston Cadillac team for making my first Peoria car shopping experience the absolute best! Everyone from detailing & service, to the GM, the finance and sales department, and even the owner, Mark Weston, were there to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It was absolutely a ten out of ten experience. They really listened to my wants and needs, there was never any pressure to buy anything and I never felt rushed. Being new to the area, I was a bit hesitant at first, but they were incredibly trust worthy, professional and attentive! My sales man, Scott Johnson, was the best salesman I could have ever asked for and the final sales price was exactly as we had negotiated. I am so happy with my new vehicle and absolutely loved the way everyone there goes above and beyond for their customers! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle in the Peoria area, I highly recommend going to Uftring Weston Cadillac on War Memorial Dr. I am absolutely certain you will not be disappointed.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

After several years of helping me keep my 2013 Tahoe rolling smoothly down the highway; Jay, Randy and the Key Auto Mall Team helped me select my next ride -- a 2023 Yukon XLT AT4. Customer service is first and foremost with this team. I recommend all my friends and family to give them a call. I appreciate their hard work and will continue to bring my vehicle for service because that department rocks too!

Bought my car from Eric Martin. He did a great job was very friendly and everything. Not a problem at all would definitely buy again with Ray Dennison.
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

I recently purchased a Kia Telluride from Smart Kia. The process of buying was painless, and I would definitely recommend Smart Kia of the Quad Cities to family and friends.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Mike Murphy Ford review
Mike Murphy Ford in Morton has a high respectable and loyal reputation reputation for their customers going above and beyond in customer service satisfaction and being a trustworthy business. When talking with the locals and asking where they purchased their vehicle, Mike Murphy comes up a lot in conversations. You tell them your budget and they will find you the right car that works for you. I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

It had been 36 years since I had purchased a new vehicle. The process with Marty was so smooth. From the first email to setting up a time to come in to getting my trade evaluated to finance paperwork; it all went smoothly and quickly. I can see why Marty gets so many positive reviews. Blake was great as well. He explained financing details as well as what they had to offer with warranties and protection packages with no pressure to buy. This was an awesome experience all the way around. I will enjoy my 2020 Civic Hatchback!

Kunes Ford of East Moline review
We typically use Kunes in east moline service department for our vehicles because they are in our neighborhood and they are so friendly and always do a great job. If we need it, they will shuttle us or even do the service in our driveway. They have even picked our car up from our house! This time, we decided to trade in one of our cars and from the moment we mentioned it to our service associate, the process was completely smooth and low stress. Any questions and concerns we had were met with patience and appropriate response. Never spoke down to or condescending.
