2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

David on the tv ads said they had stock. And they had decent stock. Said don't charge extra. And they don't charge extra. And the ram 1500 they had, it was perfect for me. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

Outstanding Service from Dave Zarzycki and Team My daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from out of town (Virginia), I was extremely anxious about the situation—especially with my little girl in tow and no plans to extend our stay. I knew I needed the issue checked right away before we could safely drive home. I brought my van to David Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glen Mills, PA, and was incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Dave Zarzycki. Despite the busy holiday weekend, Dave went above and beyond to help. I dropped the van off in the morning, and by late afternoon, Dave called to let me know it was all taken care of—safe and ready for our drive home. Huge thanks also to the technician who worked on the van—Tech ID: 995—for diagnosing and fixing the issue so quickly and efficiently. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for his work behind the scenes. Most shops wouldn’t even accept walk-ins during a holiday weekend, let alone prioritize them, but this team made it happen. I’m truly thankful for the care, professionalism, and exceptional service I received. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

The buying of our new 2026 Suburban was a good experience. Everyone we met and dealt was polite and professional. Our salesman, Patrick, and sales manager, James, worked to give us a deal we were comfortable with. We asked to have the new tires off our trade-in Suburban put on our new purchase. Patrick arranged for that to happen the next day. The service representative, Tina, was kind and polite and explained that a loaner car had been set up for me. The only negative I would say is that the service department scheduling was off. I dropped my car off at 10 am, as requested. It was 1:30 pm when I got the call that the work was starting. It was only 2 hours later that I got the call that it was finished. All was good with the tire exchange. I felt that I wasted an entire day waiting on a 2 hour job.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
