Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Crosswell Ford review
Let's start with there's a reason I have bought 9 vehicles from Jim Crosswell. This guy will guarantee you the best deal on anything he's selling, he's the best very professional. One of the things I like there's no pressure to buy a vehicle. This guy will take time from his busy day and make it work for you. And everyone from the people selling the cars to service department and his whole staff 1st class. When I walk into his dealership I feel comfortable and not pressured to buy anything. Crosswell Ford is the place to go. Thanks Jim!!! and everyone else that has put up with me at Crosswell Ford.

Awesome buying experience. I loved that they introduced me to service after buying my car so I know exactly what to do when it rime to get my car serviced for the first time
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
