Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Shakopee review
We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they had several to choose from. Cynthia was most helpful in explaining the features and guiding us through the entire process from the financing to the test drives. Was not expecting to drive away with it that day, but everything went smoothly. Exceptional service from your sales person, Cynthia. Would highly recommend!

Ace Auto Cars review
I feel like I have found buried treasure here. Do not be afraid of the word "salvage." These guys do it right and their integrity says it all. Very professional. Ace Auto is a safe and smart way to save thousands of dollars on a lower mileage car. No haggling on price. It is what it is. No high pressure sales. Happy to show you the before photos and what work they've done. Very pleasant buying experience. This is my 2nd salvage car and so far, so good. These are the guys to trust if you want to save some serious cash. I'll be back and I'll be spreading the word!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Rudy Luther Toyota review
Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Top notch service. They tended to every item that we needed and then some. Kept us informed as they did the work on the car and did not make us feel rushed to get back and pick up car. Price was reasonable and staff very efficient and friendly.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Jeff Belzer's New Prague review
Great experience, Hunter was great. Very happy with my car and the service I got.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. The sales staff was excellent to work with and very personable. I would recommend doing business here and will try to in the future. I flew there from Nebraska to make this purchase and was nervous. When I got there I soon realized I had made the right choice. Sales personnel were not pushy and very down to earth and didn’t not try to force anything on you that you did not want. After I bought the truck I jumped in it a drove home six hours with no regrets and no issues on the truck I picked.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Haiying Yu as our Business Manager. She helped us finance both a 2015 Honda CRV and a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, Haiying was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made what can normally be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We had some unique financial considerations, and she worked hard behind the scenes to find solutions that made sense for our family. What stood out most was her transparency and calm confidence. We never felt pressured. We felt supported. She genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision and securing financing that fit our budget. If you’re buying a vehicle, ask for Haiying. She is sharp, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We’re incredibly grateful for her help and would absolutely work with her again. Thank you, Haiying! – Justin Fuller

First time buying a car alone as a widow and Troy made it a great experience. I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Will gladly go back to Troy for future purchases.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Luther INFINITI of Bloomington review
Buying a vehicle through Luther Infinity was a fantastic experience. Despite a long delay from ordering my 2022 QX60 until its delivery due to widespread supply chain issues in the automotive industry, my sales representative Steve DiFiore was outstanding. He kept me updated often on the progress of my new vehicle and its anticipated arrival. On the day I picked up the QX60, he was incredible in taking care of every possible detail of the process as well as being very educational and helpful in helping my wife and me learn all the features of the new car. The finance staff was also excellent and had the entire process streamlined and ready to go when we arrived. The entire staff at Luther Infinity was friendly and helpful and made our purchase experience amazing in every way!

Hastings Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Hastings Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of ShakopeeReviews
Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Shakopee review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge! I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! From the very beginning, Paul was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had ordered a new truck and was eagerly waiting for it to be built, and throughout the entire process, Paul went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated on its progress. What I appreciated most was his incredible patience with me! I was constantly reaching out, asking questions, and checking on the status of my build. Not once did Paul make me feel like I was bothering him. He was always friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and understands how exciting and important a vehicle purchase can be. Paul made the entire experience that much better, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention he gave me. A huge thank-you to Paul and the team at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend reaching out to Paul. He has absolutely earned my trust, my appreciation, and my recommendation! Thanks again, Paul, for helping make the experience of getting my new truck such a positive and memorable one!

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have bought 3 vehicles here for my family. They have always treated me fairly and have a good, helpful employees when you walk in. Last time I was there they were patient and answered my questions. Service is great also. I got two free oil changes with my purchase. If you are looking for a vehicle within driving distance of Northfield, I would make the trip.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Morrie's Minnetonka Ford review
I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

Brady contacted me right away after building a TRX online. He showed me the Rebel which was also a very nice truck but we put in the order for the TRX! They ended up getting one 6 days later with almost my exact build and he got me in and out of the dealership within a couple hours! The truck is incredibly fast and luxurious, already in love! Thanks again Brady!
