FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CRYSTAL LAKE review
Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. You made the online and over-the-phone buying experience truly enjoyable. Your friendly and approachable attitudes made me feel welcome from day one. I also really appreciate your fair pricing and outstanding customer service—especially delivering my BMW all the way to Peoria, IL. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. Best regards, Jamie Peoria, IL

Auto Gallery Chicago review
Very easy to work with. They let me do any checks I wanted, and I did a lot. No surprises and the car was excellent. Very quick buying process and no hassles at all. Definitively recommend this place. Just with I had more time to look at all the truly amazing cars. It would have taken all day!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Dmitriy was so great! ! He made the whole process of getting my new ford so easy and stress free. He was super nice, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. You can really tell he cares about his customers and actually wants you to be happy walking out of here. I’m so happy with my new Ford and really glad I had Dmitriy to help me through the whole process! Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car!!

What a great team, very impressed with the service and effort they put into getting me in my new Jeep. Thank you Kunes Family
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Hawk Ford of St. CharlesReviews
Hawk Ford of St. Charles review
I went to Hawk St. Charles with the intention of just looking at the Broncos. I test drove 2 . D.J. Was my salesperson . He was so well informed on both vehicles. Showing me all options. I easily made my decision to buy the Big Bend Sasquatch. I got a great deal. I couldn?t be happier with my purchase. I?m obsessed! Thank you to all of Hawk Ford St.Charles. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
This is the perfect cross between a van and a luxury vehicle. Plenty of room inside for anything you want to do. The engine is so smooth and powerful, you have to watch for creeping on the speedometer. We have owned Chryslers for over 30yrs and this is one of their best.

Service was great. They got me right in. They were able to do an oil change as well as rotate the tires. I didn't have to wait long.

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg review
My car salesman Lanny Lancaster did a phenomenal job! He made the experience stress free for my very stressed out self! He made sure that my car had everything a girl could dream off! From the moment I walked in, Lanny went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He made buying a car feel exciting and not stressful at all. His great personality really stood out and made the whole experience better. I would highly recommend Lanny Lancaster!

Autos of Chicago review
I am beyond thrilled with my 2023 Maserati Grecale from Autos of Chicago. Chris provided exceptional used car dealer services throughout the process. He was highly professional, transparent, and completely pressure-free. I strongly recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
OK well I have always owned a Chevy maybe five of them in my past. When the Pacifica came out I like the features of safety and the size room for everybody. Since I have had this vehicle I have had a couple of problems one problem that shouldn’t have happened until at least 50,000 miles. I have 19,000 miles on my car and I’ve had battery problems I am a little disappointed and now happy that I bought the extended warranty because I am afraid a bit of the future a little disappointed in the car. Hoping that from now on I shouldn’t have too many problems keeping my fingers crossed.

Dempsey Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Andy Mohr Avon Nissan review
I started the buying process online, but I came into the dealership to complete the process and the paperwork. I enjoyed working with Dionel Graham. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions. He helped me transfer all my stuff from my trade-in. He even transferred my old license plate to my new car.
