Travis was helpful and courteous and when it was discovered I needed all new tires, he provided quotes for 5 different kinds and explained the differences. He gave me the information on how the dealership supports us after we buy tires from there but wasn't pushy when I said we wanted to get more quotes first. Two days later, we decided to buy them there, in part, due to his great service. I had waited for service to be completed and the waiting area was very nice, clean, and had yummy snacks and drinks, too!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). Sales Consultant, Bruce Simpkins, is the best, kindest, most caring sales person I have met to date (I have bought at least 17 cars over the years)! I explained my situation, but unfortunately, finding a decent car with less than 100,000 miles for under $15,000 in today's market, is a struggle. The struggle was so real, I left discouraged and unable to find anything that evening. The next day I received a text from Bruce letting me know they had just received a vehicle with low mileage. He had the car cleaned, detailed, and ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I bought the car. Financing was made easy by Donna, in finance, who was also a joy to work with, and was able to help me navigate a warranty purchase. He made what was an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable experience for someone that had no choice but to purchase a vehicle during a pandemic with the current car sales market. He took the time to listen to my situation, evaluate my needs, and was kind and thoughtful. He found the perfect car for me, with low mileage (34,000), at the right price, so I am forever grateful. Side note, he also set up installation for an add-on I wanted on the car, at a great price, with a car to drive while mine is having the work completed. His communication and follow through was top notch! If you are in the market for a vehicle, regardless of your circumstance, go see Bruce Simpkins and support a kind human!
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

LOOK NO FURTHER for another dealership or vehicle!!! We have purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years through several dealerships and with several manufacturers. The buying process has always been stressful, lack-luster, and the sales/finance teams were aggressive. At Kia Coughlin we met Bryce and Andrew who treated us like family and made the car buying process easy, fun, and tailored to our needs. They listened to what we wanted, and they delivered! They went above-and-beyond to get the exact car we wanted - a black, AWD, EV6 GT. And the car was delivered in less than one-month instead of three-months! Financing was easy and hassle-free. No sales gimmicks or pressure. We asked for reasonable trade-in compared to Kelly Blue Book and what we were offered at a certain car buyer, and Andrew made it happen. THE EV6 IS THE BEST electric vehicle and it's just not only our opinion! Oh yeah...and the EV6 GT...the car is beyond expectations and EXTREMELY FUN TO DRIVE and FAST! We drove and researched several electrical vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, and Rivian). The Kia EV6 is superior to them all. The EV6 is luxurious and comfortable; has everything you need from auto-drive to wireless charging; the exterior and interior design are aesthetically beautiful. We highly recommend the lighting package for any EV6 model. I have had the EV6 GT for two weeks and I have had several people at stop lights roll down their window and tell me how amazing the car looks. In store parking lots I have had three different people stop to tell me how awesome the car looks and ask me questions about the EV6. Charging at home is a breeze and inexpensive...at 2.5-3 miles per KwH and current electrical charges of $0.075 per KwH...you pay only $25-$30 per 1000 miles at home!!! And you get the best warranties we've ever been offered...10 years and this even covers NORMAL WEAR and TEAR - just not the tires, wipers, or brakes. We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! GO SEE BRYCE and ANDREW at KIA COUGHLIN TODAY!!!... ...and get your new Kia from a new kind of dealership - one that is honest, treats you like family, and has integrity!!! A pleasure to drive and very comfortable for long trips. Gas milage is a bit low, but it is a V-6. Backup camera for some reason has hiccups!

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.
