This has to be the best car dealer I ever bought a car from. I was in the market for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and I saw the vehicle I wanted to buy from their website. I called this dealer, and spoke to Jaime Marroquin, their internet manager and my salesman. He explained to me the process of securing this vehicle since I live in San Antonio. A few days later, my girlfriend and I flew to Houston, and Mr. Marroquin took the extra step to pick us up from the airport. Everyone at the dealership, from the manager, finance staff, and others, greeted and treated us as if we were important. We were done and driving back to San Antonio in a little over an hour. I will be back in the near future to buy my next car from them! They deserve 10 stars instead of 5!!!

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

It may be pure coincidence, but we took the car in for service: oil change, tire alignment, plus a special item regarding the front passenger door, and it came back with a dead battery. We literally brought it home, parked it for the night, and it was dead in the morning...

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Our sales person Cesar Cordon was knowledgeable, friendly, there was no pressure and he went above and beyond to help us make the deal work. In finance, Kali Crosby was knowledgeable, efficient, and so easy to do business with. We found the dealership in general to be extremely friendly. We felt very relaxed and at ease there.

Manager Aaron was very upfront with me about the process of how long it would take to have my truck issue resolved and kept me informed on a weekly basis

PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
