AutoNation Toyota ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe review
Arvin Mercado was absolutely wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to help me with my car purchase, spending the entire day assisting me and staying late to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his patience, kindness, and dedication throughout the process. Beyond doing an amazing job, Arvin is a wonderful person who made me feel supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for his time and effort and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Thank you, Arvin, for such an exceptional experience!
2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

This purchase from Urban Motors was my first sight unseen experience. Tyler was extremely patient answering all of my texts, of which there were many. I appreciated his willingness to work hard with a distant purchaser. The delivery truck arrived on time- thanks for making a stressful purchase work well!

I had a really positive experience interacting with this dealership. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer questions without any pressure. It’s clear they care about providing a good experience for people who walk through their doors. Definitely a place I’d feel comfortable recommending to others to check out!

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

CarMax West 104th Ave review
I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Hertz Car Sales Denver review
Memorable Experience. Shout out to Delmar at Hertz Car Sales. My experience spanned 5 months from when I purchased a pre owned 2023 Toyota Corolla in October 2025 and received an excellent, professional experience. Recently I reached out to Toyota on Arapahoe to purchase / program a second key for the Corolla. I spoke with a service rep who indicated that he would call me back. He never did. I called Delmar and left a message. He responded with in a couple minutes with a contact to have a Toyota key cut / programed. He indicated that he no longer worked in car sales. It has been 5 months since I purchased and he responded in less than 5 minutes. This is a professional with nothing invested who responded and treated as a friend. Thank you Delmar! A customer and friend for life.

Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Honestly, Dan may be the best communicator I've ever dealt with. He always responded immediately, I was mostly impressed with his immediate and accurate responses. I bought a 2017 F350 and I feel I got a great deal and was well taken care of. Thank you Berkenkotter Motors Tomm Olsen Michigan

Hertz Car Sales Denver review
We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

Berkenkotter Motors Parker review
I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer. This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer. This is above and beyond!! This Yall is a 5 star Dealership!!! I highly recommend Berkenkotter!! Go see Bret, Alen or Any of the Guys they eill hook you up!

2007 Chrysler Crossfire review
I've owned my 2007 Crossfire since 2009, and I've never fallen out of love with it. I have the roadster in cherry red, and the car's looks still take my breath away. I particularly like the styling of the rear end; curvaceous and muscular at the same time. To be honest, there are some issues a prospective owner should consider, the major one being running costs. Unlike the visually-similar Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky (which are basic family sedans with stylish bodies attached) the Crossfire is a real sports car with both looks and performance: however, that means the equipment is of a higher grade. For example, you can expect to pay around $250-$350 for a new battery; the tires need to be high speed-rated, low-profile run-flats, which means a basic set of new ones will probably set you back around $3,500 to $4,000; and an oil change will leave relieve you of $120. However, ownership of this beautiful car will make you completely forget about the hole in your wallet. I bought mine in Colorado, but drove it in Wyoming. While I lived there I believe I owned the only Crossfire in that state, which is really cool. It constantly received admiring looks and comments because most people have never seen one before. Believe me, wherever you drive it, if you meet another Crossfire on the road it's time for flashing lights, horns, and frantic waving! My time with the Crossfire in Wyoming was truly wonderful: swooping across that magnificent landscape, no other cars within 50 miles and prairie roads like smooth ribbons stretching out to the horizon and beyond... well, that's why we own Crossfires. In fact, one other slight drawback of the car is that it seems happiest cruising along at around 80 mph, which can be a problem if you encounter a highway patrol officer who doesn't share your love of the Crossfire!

Arapahoe KIA review
Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. All promised me that they would be able to accommodate me but only Arapahoe KIA pulled through and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The expected arrival time was spot on. Once the vehicle arrived, the purchase process was smooth and painless. I got the car I wanted with no hassles whatsoever. Probably the first time ever in all my years of buying cars. Thank you Arapahoe KIA!

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2015 Chrysler 200 review
PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe review
Went up to just look at a 2022 Highlander to replace my totaled 2019 Highlander. Had a meeting set with Arvin Mercado and he made the whole process seamless. Went from looking to buying to signing the final papers and driving off the lot a great experience. Made the hour drive from home to the dealership worth it. Thanks Arvin and the rest of the team for a great buying experience!!!!
2016 Chrysler 200 review
I've always loved the Chrysler 200C ever since I had someone pull up to a 300S with the Pentistar in a smaller lighter car. It's easy to work on the 3.6L V6, the valve cover gaskets, oil cooler, water pump thermostat housing and radiater should be replaced every 100,000 miles and they're all easy to upgrade to aftermarket parts. It corners incredibly, stops and slows amazingly and accelerates like it's leaving a shootout and it's immensely buildable with Moog and Sprintex Parts. It's also one of the only survivability cars on the road and side impact crashtestnet's toughest car on the road. I love driving it and I keep building her every year, I've got over 215,000 miles on the prettiest Chrysler 200C in Knoxville. 😁

Urban Motors BlueReviews
Urban Motors Blue review
Buying my Ioniq5 was SO easy with them!! I'd been working with Max over at Urban Motors Red previously looking at other models, but when we settled on the Ioniq as what we were after, he was very quick to direct us here to Blue. We worked with Tyler primarily as our salesperson, who was very quick to respond and didn't play games like many other dealerships. We negotiated the walk-off price, put down our earnest money over the phone, and Tyler and the crew got the car ready for our pickup. It was a snap! Amazing service, 10/10.

Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
We traded for 2nd generation Dodge pickup. Lucas gave us a straight description of the pickup (beautiful 2nd gen Dodge), & held it for over a week, until we could get to Castle Rock. When we picked up the Dodge, Lucas, & the rest of the guys were so polite, & helpful. They made sure we were happy with the trade, and helped us transfer our posssessions to the new vehicle. All-round, really nice people. We highly recomend them,

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

1993 Chrysler New Yorker review
I'VE OWNED A 1993 NEW YORKER SALON SINCE JUNE 2007. I'VE MADE TWO ROUND TRIPS FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO FLORIDA (2400 MILES) WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL SET AT 64 MPH I'VE AVERAGED 27-28 MPG. THE ULTRADRIVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTHLY WITH NO ABRUPT "BUMP" SHIFTS. ON TRIPS TO THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS THE 3.3 V-6 HAS PLENTY OF POWER CLIMBING HILLS. WHILE NO SPORTS CAR, THERE IS NO EXCESSIVE BODY LEAN ON CURVES AND THE POWER STEERING GIVES YOU EXCELLENT "FEEDBACK". A GREAT FOUR PASSENGER CAR WITH PLENTY OF LUGGAGE SPACE.

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.
