Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! Our salesman name is Roy, (I feel like a idiots because I kept calling him Ray & he was such a good sport about it) Anyway Roy wanted to put our intrest before anything.. I have many times been at dealerships feeling pressured & uneasy.. not here the handful of workers here were great to do business with, even the guy Branden who did the finalizing paperwork was great to do business with.. I will not hesitate to do business there again & would highly recomend anybody wanting stress free car buying experience this is the place to go.. Thank you again first national.. First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences: 1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase. 2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient.
