Rick Richardson (sales) and David Trevarthen (finance) were very helpful and great to work with. They listened to what we needed and had several suggestions to help us with the logistics of the purchase. Everything was very straightforward with no high pressure sales pitch. After a drive by a few days prior, I decided to stop in to the dealership late on a Saturday. Jesse greeted me at the door and was very informative about the MDX I was interested in seeing. I had never owned an Acura vehicle and was a bit skeptical until he started describing all the features the car had. Jesse was knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I made the decision to purchase, Jesse had things underway and ready upon my arrival. He and Aaron made the deal easy to complete. Overall, an Awesome Experience! Fyi ??? the dealership is the most modern I have experienced in town with it's amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Now I'm not dreading the service department as I have a good place to hang out if I decide to wait on my car.
High Five to my Saleslady.... Tamera went way above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I was looking at... Actually booted a Sales Manager out of the car for the night, to make sure it was at the dealership that evening for us to take a look at. Then, met me at 8:00 AM on her day off to get the deal across the finish line.
This is the second time we have bought a car at Corwin Dodge. Bill Strong has been the salmon for both. He has always treated us as friends instead of just customers. He lets the car sell itself and does not use high pressure tactics. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend Bill to any of my friends!

I have been looking for a truck for nearly two years, whelp this weekend I pulled the trigger. The salesman was Dallas, he was no pressure and no hassle. Dallas was up front and just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I compared trucks from several dealerships over several states. It came down to a handshake and a promise of service. I went with the F-150 over all others and couldn’t be happier. It rides better than my luxury sedan. If you get a chance stop in at Tri Lakes Ford and see Dallas, he’s also on their youtube video.
Curtis was great to work with and helped us find the right truck with the features we wanted. Tri-lakes has serviced our existing vehicles for at least the last 7 years and customer service has been excellent!
Very friendly and polite. They don't seem rushed or bothered by serving the customer. I had an engine alarm that local shops said would cost $600 plus leave the truck all day. Tri-Lakes ran tests and found fake alarms updated and checked the systems. They found no problems and only charged for the hour of testing. $107. I am very pleased with their honesty and would not drive to Springfield or Harison with the best service right here.
Great service and all around great treatment at Don Vance Auto Sales in Marshfield, MO. Dan Miller answered my request on Cars.com about a Lincoln Town Car. He was very helpful and an all-around nice fellow. I bought the Lincoln I had inquired about and so far am very happy with my purchase.

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!
We found the SUV we wanted on line and were able to complete the deal while texting and emailing back and forth. Luis was very helpful and we never felt pressured during the process.
