They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! 2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, SALESMAN ANTONIO WAS GOOD AND FUN, HE TOOK MY BARBS AND KIDDING IN STRIDE. RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE. ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
