Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Will and Jim made my buying process so easy with no hassle and lots of knowledge on the Jeep we were looking at. Even though we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, they all stayed behind after closing to make the deal happen as easy as possible. I buy a car at least once a year (mostly European brands) and the buying process at this dealership ranks as high as the luxury car dealers.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. They treated us like family. I will drive 4 hours again and refer him to everyone I know. We will never go to anyone else. Thank you so much Ryan

Worked with Ed and purchased an expensive car sports car. I was unable to come out to Vallejo to view it, but had faith and trust in Ed. He arranged a video and photos, and again, placed my faith in Ed.
Deal turned out great for me, car was delivered and all worked out to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to work with Ed or AutoLinx -Vallejo again to but another classic car
We went to Michael Stead Hilltop Jeep to look at the New Jeep Cherokee. I knew what I wanted. We meant Dave Holt , Internet Manager. He took the time to try and find me the Cherokee I wanted, however we could not locate one. Dave suggested we order the Jeep Trailhawk just the way we wanted it. So we did. He keep in contact with us each week to let us know how the build was coming along. Today we picked up our New Jeep Trailhawk. It was better than I thought it would be. Dave took the time to explain all the features. I just love my New Cherokee and would buy my next car from Dave Holt. We had an excellent car buying experience with Jeff Frigard at Livermore Ford. We were looking for an Explorer and Jeff thoughtfully walked us through the various models and features. Jeff also took the time to explain and demonstrate the vehicle's many features. Once we knew what we wanted, Jeff went out of his way to find a vehicle with the color and all of the options we were looking for. Jeff made sure we got the Explorer that we wanted and that all of our questions had been answered - and he knows the answers!! It was such a pleasure working with such an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager. Livermore Ford is also a great place to buy a car. My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
I was refereed by a friend to this dealer and I went to purchase a SUV from this dealer, I called them and made an appointment with Mike and when I got there he had the car ready for me to test drive, he answered all the question that I had with best of his knowledge, once I decided that that I would buy this vehicle we went inside the office and he explained everything for me and once I agreed with the deal than I went to finance department and they got me the best Interest rate that I could get. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
I was looking for a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla for my teenage girls to drive. A Honda Civic GX at Tracy Honda came up on my cars.com search. We could not be happier with our new natural gas vehicle. We live in the Bay Area and are enjoying the cost and HOV lane benefits of a Natural Gas Vehicle.
Gordon was great to work with, low pressure, and has quickly answered my one or two follow-up questions.
