Richard of the service department saved my long distance road trip by cheerfully helping me get the CD out of my CD player. Thanks to his experience with unsticking his kids' video games and some packaging tape, he got it out of the CD player! Then he joyfully paired my phone with an older version of the sync system that I couldn't figure out to save my life! What a great wonderful guy! Now I love my Transit Connect even more!!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I just bought a used 2012. It has all the options offered for that year. I am am very pleased with it. It is lust like new with 140,000 miles. It drives and handles like a brand new car.
