Fast car inspection and replacement of the battery

My battery failed after owning my KIA for two years, a month and a few days. My car was towed to Hilltop Ford/KIA under warranty and the problem identified: battery was replaced at cost of $154.40. I had thought something more serious was the case. Mr. Danny Roque, Service Manager, was very concerned, attentive and helpful in my obtaining a refund on additional towing charges, due to the fact that Oakland KIA, the nearest KIA dealer to San Francisco, could not store and inspect my car for eight (8) days after I contacted them. Hilltop KIA was able to inspect the car, replace the battery, wash my car and transport me to and from a BART station, all within thirty hours after I first contacted them by telephone. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the good service I received.
We went to Michael Stead Hilltop Jeep to look at the New Jeep Cherokee. I knew what I wanted. We meant Dave Holt , Internet Manager. He took the time to try and find me the Cherokee I wanted, however we could not locate one. Dave suggested we order the Jeep Trailhawk just the way we wanted it. So we did. He keep in contact with us each week to let us know how the build was coming along. Today we picked up our New Jeep Trailhawk. It was better than I thought it would be. Dave took the time to explain all the features. I just love my New Cherokee and would buy my next car from Dave Holt. Was looking at a Camaro convertible that they had advertised and asked for quote.
All I got was the run around with requesting more personal info at this point that I was comfortable with. All I wanted was to see had firm their price was, of so what could we do. So no deal was made or offered. Waste of time.
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. They treated us like family. I will drive 4 hours again and refer him to everyone I know. We will never go to anyone else. Thank you so much Ryan

Worked with Ed and purchased an expensive car sports car. I was unable to come out to Vallejo to view it, but had faith and trust in Ed. He arranged a video and photos, and again, placed my faith in Ed.
Deal turned out great for me, car was delivered and all worked out to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to work with Ed or AutoLinx -Vallejo again to but another classic car
I saw the car advertized on cars.com and went to take a look. Setting up an appoitment was easy and they had even brought the car in from the rain and dried it all off for me.
The vehicle had some minor dents which they took care of very quickly at no charge. Overall a great place to buy a car - i will definetly return : )
