Have been a Ford owner for 25 years & this was my 1st experience at a different comany & it was the best customer service experince I have ever had. I gave my salesman all of the pertinant information he needed via email. And he had everyting ready by the time I got there and was out withing 45 minutes. I have a very busy work schedule, as do most of us & I do not want to spend a lot of time at the dealer & I certainly did not have to. In & out, just the way I prefer. Rich Milne did a superb job & also his assistant, who's name I just can't recall @ the moment. (sorry)

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Service was great! Took their time in evaluating. Mike was a good customer service agent. Called back when necessary to provide updates. Determined the issue to be warranty, thus saving on our end. We did end up having to pay for a new set of tires because of the issue prior to the Orchard inspection. But are and have been happy with Orchards customer service team and the quality of work from the technicians.
Took my car into the quick lane on a friends recommendation, not only was the experience amazing, Yahya was the best customer service rep I have ever had to deal with, I will be a forever customer. Thank you Jack Demmer.

I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
From the moment I contacted this dealership, Allen was especially attentive and was very thorough every step of the way. He gave me his undivided attention and explained every scenario before I purchased. Very transparent transaction. Went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable.
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
