2023 MINI Convertible review
I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" 2020 Ford Mustang review
Bought my 2020 Bullitt in January of this year and took delivery in mid April (it’s cold and snowy here in Wisconsin). Been wanting a muscle car since I was a teenager (I’m 62) and the Bullitt just spoke to me. What a car! 480 HP, 6 speed manual, active exhaust, fantastic dark highland green color and super fast. This car is the real deal! Even my wife likes it. It’s my summer fun car and I doubt I’ll ever sell it!

2024 Ford Mustang review
Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. 2018 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

2016 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.

2016 Ford Mustang review
Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. This car can do everything, drag race, track days, pleasure cruises, haul $400 worth of groceries with ease, and function as an extremely fun daily-driver with ease. It can even handle light snow and ice on the road with ease given it's British weather heritage and the exceptional AWD system it has. The only thing it cant do is haul more than two people. It is VERY fast from a dig with an excellent all-wheel drive system that squats and goes like a scalded cat. My car has been modified with some performance parts including custom-built 200-cell sport cats on resonated stainless steel downpipes, a smaller crank pulley to increase boost, and an ECU and TCU tune to take advantage of that additional power. It sits now with just under 600 wheel horsepower at the tires and is nearly unbeatable in a stoplight to stoplight race against 95% of the cars you will see on the road normally, including the all-electric Tesla models below the Plaid which is very impressive. Even before it was modified it was truly a fast car straight from the factory and stock. Power delivery is excellent but particularly once in the 3200 RPM range, where it feels like you have a pair of rocket boosters kicking in and it plants your butt in the seat hard. Fit with a set of B-Forged 3-piece wheels (21x11 rears and 21x9 fronts)and larger than stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (285/35ZR21 in the front and 325/25ZR21 in the rear) the handling is superb in this car. The 20" factory tires and wheels are great as well. It corners extremely well, rotating and accelerating out of corners like it is on rails. The electronic stability and traction control are NOT too invasive, and in Dynamic mode it will let you have all the fun you could want. The 575 crank horsepower rating on this car is definitely understated, as a factory car will dyno 500 to 520 HP AT THE TIRES despite an AWD system that takes about 18% percent of the engine's output to power. The standard larger brakes that come part of the SVR package are excellent and have all the stopping power you could want. The factory titanium exhaust is so much fun on this car and makes lots of ear-pleasing noise if you are a fan of exhaust notes, pops, and bangs. They can be swapped to a quite mode if you prefer or turned on to the louder mode whenever you choose. Swapping out the factory catalytics for the 200-cell sport cats with resonators made the exhaust note sheer perfection. As far the exterior goes, this is one of the most graceful and beautiful designs of all time IMO, as well as many others. It follows the classic proportions with a low sweeping hood and nose and powerful wide and compact rear with at four wheels located as close to the corners as possible. The interior is also beautiful, and despite not having a huge infotainment system, what it does have works well, looks good, and fits with the rest of the interior. The seats are comfortable but very supportive, and even at 6 foot 4 inches tall I fit in the car very comfortably. The top option stereo is a must and sounds great with the factory subwoofers and speakers. Reliability has been superb so far. A 2017 model that just turned 20k miles, the only repairs thus far have been a broken hood latch (which was mostly my fault) and a driver's rear shock which started leaking. Both of these repaired under warranty. All in all, this is a fantastic car and everyone that has ridden or driven mine has fallen in love with it. With only 1,871 SVR's built between 2017 and 2020 in the entire world, I have no doubt that resale value will hold steady and possibly appreciate in the near future as they get more and more exposure from enthusiasts. WARNING: Do not buy one if you do not like attention. I cant remember the last time I drove mine without at least one person asking about it.

2020 Ford Mustang review
I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

2020 Mercedes-Benz SLC 300 review
The SLC 300 is a nicely balanced roadster that is a blast to drive. Fit and finish are great and the styling is stunning. The retractable hardtop is fantastic, you can have the best of both worlds in 20 seconds. I've owned this car for about 10 months now and have not had any real issues and the price of the Service Level A was less than I expected. It does have some quirks though. The sport seats are very firm at first and take a while to break in and soften up. There is no voice dialing in this car, which I found odd in this day and age. Also, for some reason they decided to mix halogen and LED lamps in the headlights. Not a big fan of that decision but I can live with it. Overall, it's a great little car that costs a lot less than it looks and is fun to drive. No buyer's remorse at all.

2002 Ford Thunderbird review
In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).

2023 Chevrolet Camaro review
I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. 2012 Chevrolet Camaro review
What a great car to drive. I beat on this 2ss constantly with absolutely no problems ever. As far as Evelyn and the blend door, you never have door issues if you don't drop pens or mascara and stuff down from the dash and jam it up. I haven't had one problem in 100,000 very very hard miles and 4 or 5 sets of tires. Overall an amazing fun car

2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
December 2024 bought a 2023 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with 34,500 miles. Drove the car from South Florida to the SC coast, 10 hours. Fantastic fun drive! 6 speed manual with a soft top only weighs 2350 pounds, spirited ride, excellent power and fuel economy, 35 mpg. Good tech with blind spot monitors, cruise, power windows and locks. Push button start, heated seats and navigation just enough tech. Puts a smile on your face just looking at it, lots of compliments and you are just happy driving this magnificent, magical machine!! Just love it! 🥰

2018 BMW M240 review
Super fun car to drive. Love the B58 engine, tons of power and suuuper smooth. Handling is next level and it just feels it will turn through anything! Everyone I've shown it to totally loves it. The gas mileage is also much better than I was expecting, coming from a tuned VW GTI. I never considered myself a convertible person, but I ended up buying the convertible anyway cause I figured it would be fun. I'm not a huge fan of the seats given this is one step below a full blown M2. They're decently comfortable, but they look awfully boring compared to something like Audi and the quilted leather they use. The one other thing is the soft top has a bit of a squeak, though to be fair I really haven't looked into getting it fixed so it could be super minor. Very much looking forward to more driving!

2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate.
