2004 Dodge Viper review
Where do I start? The car is rare! You dont see many in good shape. That’s because ham fisted drivers will crash this car easily. No traction control. This is a true drivers car in every sense of the word. Tough to find parts (especially wheels). Most common parts are easy to find, ie fuel pump, brake parts, tires, oil filters. Interior is minimalist , plastic and light weight ( it’s not a luxury vehicle) but it’s for a purpose. You can remove the interior panels with a few twists of the screwdriver. If you are over 6’ tall , top down driving is the only way to go. Tough to get in and out of the seats without kicking the sill plate. Side pipes will singe your legs if you rub your calf on the sill for too long. Speaking of side pipes, they sound quiet in stock form and the cross over pipe is right under the cockpit. Great for New England fall days, but toasty in the summer. Keep telling yourself this is a race car and not a sports car. I installed a rear camera and gps head unit. Install was easy to run wires . Tough to judge the edges of the car. Give plenty of space when parking so you don’t scuff the wheels. Transmission- The big V 10 motor torque pulses in first and sometimes second gear at slow speeds. Trying to get around in the parking lot is not fun. If you are too heavy on the throttle off the line and you let off for a bit the Viper lurches begging to be driven. I’ve had to pull the clutch in just to re-align the rpm because I am not on a race track ringing the neck out of it. The gears need to be shifted with purpose. It is not a smooth gearbox and very primitive. Shift with authority. The shifter is very long and I will probably install a short throw handle in the near future. The motor- The V 10 is bulletproof and barely works to get you up to speed. You can quick shift from 1st to 4th and still have plenty of torque to get you going. Make sure you have a fresh battery in the car as it does work hard to turn the motor over on first start as the big pistons take a lot to turn. Brakes- The brakes are phenomenal on this car and I mean really phenomenal. The one drawback is they do create an abnormal amount of brake dust which leads to a lot of squeaking at slow speed stops. Your chrome wheels will get dirty relatively quickly. Did I mention that the brakes create an abnormal amount of dust? LOL Exterior- Low ,sleek and sexy. I get compliments everywhere I go. The car has excellent aerodynamics, the top is leakproof, and everything looks and operates as it should. One thing of note, because the body is completely fiberglass, it’s relatively easy to fix. The suspension is dialed in and very sensitive to bump steering. You MUST pay attention when driving. Excellent steering and cornering when the tires are heated up. A couple parting comments. First if you store the car for long periods of time make sure you crack the windows down about 4 inches because if the battery dies you cannot open the door as the window is wedged under the soft top. Second the battery is located in the back left corner of the trunk and it’s relatively easy to get to. Make sure you put a tender on it for the winter if you’re not driving it. Also if this car is driven at any point below 60°, you will not hook up, you’ll just spend tires so be very careful when it comes to cornering and accelerating. The car comes with run flats but rides 100 times better with regular pilot cup tires. Finally, The oil lines tend to leak on these cars, so if you have a choice, replace them with braided lines and you won’t ever have any issues. Remember it’s a race car! Happy Driving

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 review
Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

Great car, very fast, smooth, and quiet. Long doors can be hard to get out in a parking lot. The only thing I have a problem with is the electrics, setting the clock time, or resetting mileage. The car's phone is also out of date, and not usable.

1994 Dodge Viper review
Have owned since new. One of the best cars I've owned. Love driving it. Wherever I go people inquire and appreciate ✨️ the Viper. I have taken great care of it. Upgraded everything I could .About 550+horsepower factory rebuilt engine. Had a bad head gasket. Warranty states must be rebuilt. Transmission drop about a coin the size a a fifty cent piece a week. Again Warranty stated exchange with new Transmission. I did not pay 1 cent to have this done, just time to repair. Great car Steve M. Phoenix Az. 6-9-2024. Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Go see them!!
2003 Ford Thunderbird review
I absolutely love this car. My only wish is that I can find a Hard Top to put on it at a reasonable price. But I still love this car. I am sorry but I do. It puts a smile on my face. And I didn't have to pay a fortune for it either. It still looks like new, and it drives great, and it handles excellent. It is the Torch Red w/Black Ink Interior. And this is to the guy that says the 3.9 engine is underpowered, you are nuts, this thing screams down the highway, not that I am a speed demon, but it does. I don't know what else to say about this Thunderbird, but I wish I had bought one many years ago. Nuff said.

Selden was good as always. This is the third vehicle that I bought from them... and will likely buy more if I can by the grace of God. Don't buy a used vehicle if you don't understand that it is a mechanical piece of equipment that has a tremendous number of moving parts and will have failures. (but really... I've had no issues with the BMWs I've bought from Selden.) Selden has always delivered a top notch, ready to drive vehicle that has been detailed so that it looks new. I think Scott has been in the business for a long time. The first car I bought from him was about 14 years ago when they were in Conshohocken... a 2008 BMW 328xi Sport Wagon. Then (of all things) an i3 REX which I've used as a daily driver for close to 4 years. And now an X5 with an N55b engine. Rich does a stand up job with financing and with getting you into a warranty that will keep your purchase running well. The warranty prices are fair and bring peace of mind on the purchase for only a small increase on the monthly payment. That said - Thank you Scott and Rich for making another purchase experience great! Keep up the good work - you have an excellent and desirable inventory at all times... and I keep an eye on it for my next BMW.
2016 BMW 228 review
2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

2005 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
A few concerns to address, the first is ABC active body control is a concern for this car. I own Phone Doctor in Frederick Maryland and hardware tech is my passion so I want to give my feedback. I love the classy lines of the exterior. The interior is equally elegant and tasteful without gaudy disco lights. I was mesmerized into test driving a 2005 SL500 because my daily driver is a 2001 Mercedes s600. The audio system is lackluster, next weakness is the headlights, but the biggest problem is the ABC (active body control) hydraulic suspension. The audio system is disappointing and leaves me feeling flaccid but I’m used to twelve inches of JL systems shimmed into my high school hoopties. The audio system is not the deal-breaker for this $90,000 machine. And the mediocre headlights can be remedied with aftermarket auxiliary lights. The biggest weakness is the high performance suspension system. Mercedes likes to call it ABC (active body control). The hydraulic pump, seals, and mechanical moving parts gets weak and loses its performance anywhere between 80,000 to 150,000 miles. It’ll cost just as much to replace the ABC system than it does to purchase your 2nd hand sl500. If you’re in the market for one make sure you have an extra $20,000 in socked up before you drop your drawers and plop $15k on your first SL500. A dream ride with one last caveat: This car will draw a lot of attention from single ladies!

2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

2019 Chevrolet Corvette review
This is my 3rd Corvette, and by far the best one (I had a C5, and a C6, before). This car is amazing, great looking (Better than the new one, I think), great performance, very comfortable, even on long trips, gets 29 MPG on the hwy, and is very reliable (The starter went). I get looks, high fives and thumbs up wherever I go. I drive it daily, with a smile on my face, always. Truly a car to be proud of.

2013 Chevrolet Corvette review
I have a 2013 Grand Sport, I bought it 27 months ago with 14,000 miles, SUPR CLEAN CAR, 3LT, it has been nothing but a pleasure, looks and rides like a brand new car, have not had 1 issue with it. Very powerful for the base LS3, MORE THAN CAPABLE, I would recommend it to anyone who loves looks, style, comfort and Power. GM nailed it with the C6 platform.

1992 Chevrolet Corvette review
I purchased a torch red 92 in October 2023 with 36,000 miles on it and have changed the tires, battery, plugs, wires, air filter, 02 sensor on driver side and it runs and drives like a dream while getting plenty of compliments. I did own a 94 12 years back but it was not as much fun as this one has been. Nothing more fun than cruising with the top down and the tunes up! If you own one with the Opti-spark, check the recall list on GM, you may be due for the updated version at GMs expense. I have replaced one on my 94 and they are a pain in the aXX to replace.

I have been shopping online for over two years looking for a very specific C7 06. I came across Auto direct cars a couple years ago and have been following their inventory and cars that they have sold most recently. I came across at 2016 Corvette racing yellow Z06 with Kalahari interior. I had Chad do a FaceTime video with me to see the condition of the vehicle and came down to see the car a couple weeks later and the car was exactly as advertised very pristine and clean no marks nothing like a brand new car amazed by the details of the vehicle. I also wanted to share that as I walked into the showroom, there was over 100 different cars to look at and choose from. 2015 Chevrolet Corvette review
Love vetted since Route 66. This is 2nd C7,Velocity Yellow. Looks great and is a hoot to drive. Being 11years old it has a few issues but they are of no significance.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

2005 Porsche 911 review
I purchased and held car for 4 years. After I purchased the car it needed many things, water pump failed, brake lines, alternator failed, motor mounts failed, cup holders snapped in all I spent about $15,000.00 on it in 4 years on a well cared for car with about 40k miles on it. It’s not cheap to keep up and I did not overpay for repairs at the dealer. It’s a great car however it’s going to cost you to keep it up properly. All the while you own it you will have fun when it’s not in the shop. Every time you hear a noise you wonder what is next and how much will it cost. This is a car for owners with disposable income, time, an extra car and a good local Porsche specialist.

2017 Chevrolet Corvette review
Saw a 2017 Grand Sport Collector Edition 5 years ago and had been searching all over Creation for one since. In October last year I finally found a GSCE convertible in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and raced down to grab it. Traded in my 2016 'Laguna Red/ Kalahari top 'vette which I loved ...but like girlfriends - you can't keep them all. My GSCE is absolutely TERRIFIC!

My wife and U were shopping for a very specific Corvette Z06 in Dayton Sunrise Orange with low mileage, we came across Auto Direct Corvettes.we initially emailed, and called we spoke directly to the owner Bob. He sent us many photos, and videos of the Corvette. I also had a Corvette I was going to sell privately but after talking Bob he made me a great deal to trade in my 2014 Corvette Z51 convertible and upgrade to the Z06. We made the long trip fr Michigan to NJ. This Corvette dealership is Wow, amazing one of the cleanest Corvette showrooms I have ever been in. Fantastic inventory of beautiful low mileage Corvettes. The best of the best. In my opinion if you can’t find a Corvette here, you don’t know what you’re looking for. From the first conversation to the day I signed my paperwork I’ve felt like complete family, very comfortable. Everyone we talked to the whole staff, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Out of state transaction can be very challenging, they were our eyes, and really went above and beyond to help us feel confident and comfortable in our transaction. car has a 2.8 engine, I do my own maintenance and service, car is now 24 years old, never failed annual M.O.T. test ,have replaced the sills due to corrosion, only failed me once on the road,loose battery connection. (my fault) very reliable a car that can do long journeys with no problems.
