The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. I cannot say enough or give her higher praise of any sales rep. ... if you are looking for a new RAM truck or any Dodge, Jeep, call and talk with Vanessa in sales, she'll hook you up, just like she did me.
2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2023 Subaru BRZ review
Solid, fun, well-built, entry-level sports car that compromises on as little as possible while giving you as much as possible in return. The interior has sufficient space for all my stuff, the exterior is very flashy and attractive, the engine has good horsepower and torque, and the chassis is so light and dainty. I ordered my 2023 Limited with the 6-speed manual and it's almost too easy to drive, to the point where I sometimes feel like I'm playing on a racing simulator. Nice, notchy throws and the clutch is as light as a feather. The steering feel is also par for the course. This car was money well spent and definitely gets a 10/10 from me.

2017 Audi TT review
I've owned my 2017 Audi TT since new. It's a coupe with a back seat for my two Italian Greyhounds. They sit on a large cushion. The TT has plenty of room for trips and groceries because the rear setbacks fold down, so the trunk goes all the way to the front setbacks. I truly love the dual clutch sport mode which is faster and more accurate than a manual. It's available instantly by touching the shift lever. The driver can shift manually, sort of. The car will downshift automatically if speed drops too low in a gear and upshift when engine revs are too high. On the other hand there are shift paddles on the steering column that rotate with the steering wheel so they can rarely be found in spirited driving. The Quattro drive gives peace of mind in snow and ice. In fact I cannot think of any negatives about the car except for the stupid paddle shifters.

2022 Porsche 718 Cayman review
I researched 911 vs 718 for almost two years. I drove a Carrera 4S at PECATL and loved it, but I wanted to keep my budget lower. A base 911, while a great car, just did not live up to the 718's nimbleness with its mid-mounted engine. I was lucky with my find - a GTS 4.0 It drives perfectly. The storage is ample enough for a large check-in suitcase up front. You also have the rear trunk. This can be a great daily driver with next-to-nothing for maintenance aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance check-ups. I've put close to 4k miles and it is a special occasion each time I get in.

2023 Subaru BRZ review
The Subaru BRZ is the most reasonable sport car with sufficient trunk room and a very small back. Seat, that can be folded down, if needed. The flat four cyl w/o turbo is enough. Power, 228 hp to make this a fun car to drive.

2024 Toyota GR86 review

All staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I had my dog with me and they were kind enough to bring out water for him. My sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all my question and concerns. The test drive went very well and had a nice mix of around town and freeway driving. Ultimately we couldn't come to a price on the used Maserati but the door is still potentially open for a deal. We'll see. I'd recommend at least talking with them.

I have owned well over thirty vehicles in life. This Ford is the best manual V8 I have ever had the pleasure of owning. The 5.2 L is so amazing sounding. I have torque for days. When I want go around or through traffic on the highway, I have zero issues just pulling ahead. This is one of thise vehicles that you are part of all stages of the drive.

2024 Chevrolet Camaro review
2024 Camaro LT1 convertible in Sharkskin metallic, auto, perf muffler. Deep Rich Paint. Gobs of Torque Exhaust howls like the devil and dominates HVAC knurled nobs and controls dont distract. 4 same size All Seasons so can rotate and less pot hole worry. Basic radio fine for convertible/dont waste trunk space on a subwoofer. No hard to fix air schocks/compressors Wish seat had more cushion in bottom/get a seat cushion. No kiddish SS nose. Looks taste and gets big time notice from 911 and Aston drivers.

Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!
2011 Dodge Challenger review
I've had a couple of issues with recalled items, such as the door handle having g difficulty though it was replaced. Currently my battery is dead and im not sure why, the recalled part for the alternator was taken care of in 2015 so it could need to be replaced as well

My wife and I are now proud owners of a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring (River Rock Pearl Two Tone), thanks to the incredible efforts of Donald Myers at Fairfield Subaru. It was a much-needed surprise for my wife, whose car was recently totaled. She's always dreamed of a Subaru, and this past Sunday, Don made that dream a reality, exceeding all expectations. Our journey was initially frustrating. Our first attempt at Albany Subaru ended with an inexplicable $15,000 price hike upon arrival. They made us feel like we were wasting their time for not paying this huge markup. That, plus a Napa dealer selling a car from under us after starting paperwork, left us wary of dealership games. As a former car salesman, I know these tactics and just wanted an honest, respectful experience. Finding the new Forester Hybrid in my wife's preferred River Rock Pearl was incredibly difficult due to high demand. We'd almost resigned ourselves to a gas version, placing a deposit on an incoming silver model at Fairfield Subaru with Don. From our first interaction, Don was a pleasure – experienced, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I immediately felt I could trust him. Weeks later, I told Don my wife truly desired the River Rock Pearl. Don immediately found that exact Hybrid Touring incoming, unlisted online! We eagerly switched our deposit. Crucially, Don cleared it with his manager first, given the car's high demand. He then transparently explained a fair markup reflecting supply/demand. As a business owner, I respected this straightforwardness; businesses must be viable to serve customers and support their teams. Best of all, the price Don quoted was exactly what we paid. No surprises or games – just pure honesty. Don is a salesman of true character. The Forester arrived a week early, which was fantastic, but my wife was out of town. Given our past negative experiences, we were anxious the car might be sold, as our "reserve" was verbal. I also couldn't get from Santa Rosa to Fairfield that Sunday. Don then went truly above and beyond. He spent Saturday helping me with remote paperwork. Then, to ensure I could retrieve the car and surprise my wife, Don offered to drive an hour to Santa Rosa to pick me up! I was floored and initially declined, not wanting to impose. He then immediately offered an Uber or Lyft. This dedication is almost unheard of. Thanks to Don, when I arrived at Fairfield Subaru this past Sunday, the numbers were exactly as promised. I paid, and in under 30 minutes, was driving away. My wife's airport surprise was a success – she was overjoyed! Don even followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory, testifying to his unwavering commitment. Don understood our needs and explained market realities, navigating everything perfectly with mutual respect. After bait-and-switch tactics elsewhere and a friend's harassment at Santa Rosa Subaru, Don was a complete breath of fresh air. He is a true diamond in the rough. Driving to Fairfield for Donald Myers is unequivocally worth it. Simply call and ask for him. 2019 Chevrolet Camaro review
2019 Camaro SS 1LE M6 is the best bang for the buck so far in my short time owning it. For being considered a "heavy" car, it is incredibly nimble and racy. Smooth when desired. (Notice I flipped those driving preferences!!!) Not a ton of space inside but the car is not meant to be a family daily driver. Although at first the car felt hard to see out of it, really is not that bad at all when you get used to the sight lines. Great fun!

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

However, in the end, the tech team was unable to reproduce nor diagnose the cause(s) of my multitude of intermittent electrical problems that I was wanting to get fixed. Days later Stacey got back to me following a consult with GM, with the suggestion that they should replace the radio, but I have not followed up on a service visit to do that.
2023 Chevrolet Camaro review
I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. I’m 71 years old and have had lots of cars including Corvettes’ but this is probably the most fun car I have ever owner.

2017 Toyota 86 review
Naturally, I love my car especially for its handling. It won’t beat a corvette or a lot of other muscle cars for acceleration ; after all it’s only 200 hp. But it is a nice vehicle nonetheless and for my needs has plenty of power.
