My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.
2013 Chevrolet Camaro review
Car was bought as a graduation gift by my dad and I love it! Better than I thought it would be on gas for a car of this reputation, have yet to have any issues out of it and I got it with a great deal of miles on it. Always getting compliments on it as well which is nice.

I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. The Louisville location is great. They worked within our budget to find a low mileage car that was better than than we could fine anyplace else with our budget. He also worked with us over the phone, so I did not have to make the trip there. All the truthful useful info over the phone made an hour drive to see and buy the car. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone and spent time with us on the lot making sure we knew everything about the car. He let me check what I wanted. The car is great and actually much better than expected for our budget. He has good cars at better than fair prices. He also a good person and makes every effort to get you a car you want at a price you can afford. No back row junk cars here. It was nice dealing with an honest man rather than a smooth talking salesman.
2012 BMW 335 review
10 years ago I was looking to buy a 2012' M3, V8 aspirated engine. When a pro BMW sales consultant told about M335is with 3.0 L twin turbo and much lighter gvwr that I could turn into an M3 rival without the $78K price tag. Then He told about Steve Dinan the BMW pro engineer that his company builts the performance upgrade for BMW's all over the world. So I end up buying this beautiful 2012' 335is coupe and had BMW install a DINAN Stage 2 computer boost tune upgrade that produced 89 HP increase plus the 320 HP factory stock HP and then added the DINAN Diamond cut Exhaust system along with a DINAN full sport suspension. But I didn't stopped there, then I added a ECS Black steel charge pipe coupled with SYPNAPSE BOV and finally a Carbon fiber ECS cold air intake to make this car a fun little beast to drive. This car is the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned.

2006 Porsche Cayman review
I bought a 2006 Cayman S three years ago. After I test drove it I was sold. I had been rear ended in my 2000 Toyota. After a few days the battery went out and my wife came to jump me off. Bought anew batter. A few weeks later fluid was leaking. I was pleased it was just the water pump. It seems people who buy this car and don’t use it have water pump problems. Eventually new brakes and a tune up. Runs like a jewel. I could not have fully appreciated this car at a younger age. Yes, it is an attention getter. I am quick to let people know it is a 2006 model. I think that keeps me grounded that I am not a helluva fellow because I own a Porsche. Oh yeah, eventually got new tires even after being told I could wait.

2022 Porsche 718 Cayman review
I researched 911 vs 718 for almost two years. I drove a Carrera 4S at PECATL and loved it, but I wanted to keep my budget lower. A base 911, while a great car, just did not live up to the 718's nimbleness with its mid-mounted engine. I was lucky with my find - a GTS 4.0 It drives perfectly. The storage is ample enough for a large check-in suitcase up front. You also have the rear trunk. This can be a great daily driver with next-to-nothing for maintenance aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance check-ups. I've put close to 4k miles and it is a special occasion each time I get in.

2016 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.

Couldn't find this vehicle in my home state of Arizona so traveled to Byerly Nissan on a hunch that they would treat me well. They did and earned my respect. Denny Onstott and Trisha Brown had all the paperwork ready and explained everything very well. I was also able to speak with the Service Manager and get answers to questions I had about maintenance. All in all an exceptional purchase from a top notch dealership. I would also like to give my thanks to Cars.com who located the vehicle I purchased at this dealership. I was having a hard time finding this configuration using other internet sites. Cars.com was a big help to me.
2004 Pontiac GTO review
One of just 1,591 HO-equipped GTO Convertibles produced in 1967, this car features a long list of coveted factory options that include an upgrade to Ram Air set up, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, power convertible top working 8 Track Tape Player and a 3.90:1 Safe-T-Track Posi-traction rear end. Only 1.9 percent of the total 1967 GTO production run were allocated to HO-equipped convertibles, making this car extremely rare. This Pontiac GTO presents beautifully in its Red finish with a black convertible top, highlighted by a set of Rally II rims. The interior is classic GTO with black vinyl upholstery, wood-grain dashboard, Rally gauges with a tachometer, sport steering wheel and factory-issue seat belts, both front and rear. This particular GTO is a low-production example with all of the right equipment, making this a very desirable, high-performance classic. The Rebuild and Balance of this HO 9786133 WS motor was performed by a professional engine build speed shop to provide peak performance with long engine life. The rebuild included re-work of the 670 heads, 72cc chambers with a fresh 3 angle competition valve job, resurfacing of deck, new Viton positive valve seals and new hardened exhaust seats. The 9786133 WS motor was fitted with a new complete Stroker Rotating assembly from Butler Performance with dished Forged Piston to provide 9.75:1 compression with the 72cc #670 cylinder heads fitted with a COMP Ram Air IV Cam, Scorpion Raving 1052 Roller Rocker Arms, 4 barrel Quadra-Jet with a RAM AIR configuration sitting on top of the original 9786286 intake manifold with Power Coated HO D Port Exhaust Manifolds in place for connection to the new 2.5” PYPES no X- pipe SS exhaust system, running on pump gas 92-93 octane.

2018 Porsche 911 review
After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.

Wayne, Indiana and raced down to grab it. Traded in my 2016 'Laguna Red/ Kalahari top 'vette which I loved ...but like girlfriends - you can't keep them all. My GSCE is absolutely TERRIFIC!

2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. I have been planning a cross country road trip for a while and when I realized my car was in no shape to travel from Kentucky to California and back I was crushed! Until… Driving Xcellence saved the day! I was able to trade in my 2013 ford escape for a 2020 ford escape in a seamless process with clear instructions and information. Florin and Lucia also went above and beyond to help me understand the trade in policies so I could advocate for myself when the DMV was going to charge me $800 in tax during the registration process. After a few conversation, I paid the correct difference which was under $100! The staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my car registration. In addition, they gave me some tips on how to check my oil level, how to change my washer fluid, and how to check my tire pressure. With my new car I traveled 20,000 miles visiting 15 different national parks, 10 major cities, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Driving Xcellence!
2008 Chevrolet Corvette review
I own I 2008 C6 very similar to the one in the Ad . Same color Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat, convertible,Tan top, same two tone leather interior, Mine has 6 speed auto , heads-up display, 436 HP with dual note exhaust,Only 37000 miles, heated seats, I think they call this model the LT3 trim level with Z51 performance package . Love this car outstanding excellaration ,very dependable ,great bang for the buck. You get a lot of looks with top dropped. Only negatives would be that Corvette,s sit extremely low to the ground, not the easiest car to get into for a guy 66 and you have to be careful with steep driveways. Other than that a outstanding sports car.

2014 Ford Mustang review
Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

2008 Chevrolet Corvette review
My is machine silver with competition gray wheels 1lt nice car . Only problem I have had and a lot more people have had with the C6 is the automatic automatic shifter gets stuck in park. A recalled that never happened.

1979 Pontiac Firebird review
This car was a weekender, so not a lot of miles on in for a car that's been owned since 1979. All original, AC duct work, very minor paint touch ups, and a little interior work will get it back to near showroom condition.
