In the hot truck sales market in Utah right now I have been disgusted looking at trucks at other dealerships and have been treated so poorly by salesmen as I am looking for a specific size truck within my budget. Their short term gains will be their long term losses. As someone spending most of my life in sales I was surprised at the how I was treated. David Mack was very professional and respectful to me as he helped me go through the process to look at a used truck and ultimately purchase it. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by David. I have given his contact information to several people asking where I found a good truck and how was I treated. On a side note I was disappointed in the service department as I was told that they would not repair a critical safety issue with my side mirror. While driving, the mirror closes and I am not able to see traffic on my driver side. They let me know it was too expensive to repair. David shared this news with me and I could tell that this bothered him. It is hard to find a good truck right now and I either had to pass on the truck or figure out how to repair it myself.

I just bought another car from Joe and I’m annoyed at the bad review..... Myself and my family are life long clients. You more than likely caused the head issue because you overheated it after loosing to much coolant. Radiators always fail with mileage. It’s always easy to blame dealers for your own stupidity. Secured is great and the 2 that own it are awesome. I’ve lost count of how many cars we’ve bought from them. Out of those 1 car has had multiple issues. Guess what..... that’s the chance you take buying a used car. Don’t listen to the one bad review. These guys ALWAYS get me the very best interest rates and they bend over backwards to make me happy. The overall service was good but I have a few complaints.. Wehad a 10:00 am appt. Brought in on time. We assumed about 4hrs. So we left and called in later. 4 hrs. Later we called in and they had not started. No call to tell us. We called around 5:00 and car would not be done until the next day so we wasted the whole day hanging around. We live in Park City and we had to make another trip. Also coolant was low and not check after review. We have bought 8 Subarus their and facilitated is a bit in disarray.

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
