Last week I went to Peoria Subaru to help my daughter buy a used car, her first. It was without question the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was smaller than others I have been to, but very new looking and certainly big enough. Caitlin Humphrey was the person who assisted us. We found Caitlin to be very friendly and helpful without being the least bit artificial. Her title on her card is Product Specialist and she certainly knows Subarus. She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. Caitlin genuinely seemed to enjoy and reflect my daughter's enthusiasm in getting the first car of her own. I would not hesitate to visit Caitlin and Peoria Subaru for my next car purchase. Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. If you're considering buying from this dealership, I highly recommend reaching out to Chris!

2012 Dodge Charger review
The second car that I've owned. I bought it the first year that it came out and was thrilled to be apart of the culture. I love the casual american muscle style. My first modification was to the decal, side trimmings, and the audio system. Second, I changed some of the bulbs so that they shined brighter. Last, was the performance system. The final package has been great and the HP and acceleration is amazing. I love the morning, daytime, and night time ride. The car is a real head turner despite dodges new offerings.
