I contacted this dealer about a used Ram. Brandon returned my email and gave me the details of the truck I was looking for. He was able to direct me as to what was good and bad about the vehicle. He kept me informed all the way thru the process. If and when I?m in need of another vehicle, this dealership and namely Brandon will be the first contacts I will make.

Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. Have never had any complaints with them, always professional. Great staff .. Stew and Will are very good
2026 Dodge Charger review
The Charger is pretty comfortable with high grade materials and large passenger seating. The backseat can actually be used by adults which is impressive in a sports coupe. In my opinion this is not a sports car. Rather Gran Turismo (GT). It’s extremely quick and will get over posted speed limits in a few seconds. The Charger is full of high tech which we’ll see how they hold up with the years. But for now everything works as it should and very well. One big hiccup for me is the exhaust sound which is extremely raspy and tin canny. But this growing on me and don’t mind it as much. I couldn’t expect a V8 note out of a twin turbo straight six.

Hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Elkton review
I was very please with my car buying experience at this dealership. I want to commend the crew (from sales and up) for being very helpful, and helping me get a great car that is actually beyond what I was expecting to purchase with my budget. Very friendly as well. I think the biggest complement I can make is my wife telling me "the next car we purchase will be at Hertrich."

We purchased our "new to me" Jeep Liberty here from Ray Putnam. Ray was very helpful and worked hard on a good deal for us. The price we agreed upon was very fair, especially for the low miles the jeep has. Ray had promised a few extra things, that I was a little skeptical about, this being a car dealership. What impressed me the most was that BCP Jeep came though with what they promised plus some. I did not expect such integrity, and appreciated it very much. We love our 2011 Jeep Liberty.

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Service was fast and treated so well Everyone was wearing masks and the waiting area they had all the chairs separated. I was very impressed.
2026 Dodge Charger review
Aesthetic with the performance of this vehicle. Remind me lot of the early models in the past. The in-line six engine with the R/T and scat pack make this vehicle very versatile. I particularly like the sound of the engines that start up and the standard tech is state of the art. My concern is what will happen in the future for updates or major changes in technology. I am pleased with it overall gas performance a recent trip from Delaware to New York showed on economy highway miles of 27.2. They found off the car is the fact that you can change the different mode to economy all the way up to drag racing. I recommend this vehicle wholeheartedly and hope my generation ( baby boomers) will give the nostalgic version I try. Happy driving.

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

David Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Walt Okon - Bought the perfect Used Car. I searched the Easter Coast area for a great buy in a used car. I founded it at David's Dodge. I had all the pictures of the car, all the specifications, all the history of the car. The David Dodge price was fair, right, and honest. They made it easy for registration, and ensured the car was properly title in the State of Virginia. I was amazed. Even more , the car looked and felt like a "brand new car." It was perfect. This has been such an exciting and smooth purchase. We credit Dan Jones for that. He has made this total experience hassle free. We were able to follow the path our car took along the way. Upon receiving the car, he spent all the time necessary to familiarize us with all the NUMEROUS options. He is still available for any and all questions ( although because of his time spent with us) there was only one. He certainly is extremely knowledgeable about the this car (and all cars). We are indeed enjoying our beautiful car and receiving numerous compliments.
