I've bought cars over the years, and this dealership impressed me with its straightforward approach. Sales representative Ray Vakill honored our pre-arranged pricing and agreements, and made sure my daughter understood the vehicle's safety features. I would definitely contact Ray for future purchases in Los Angeles. Thank you, Nissan Downtown LA and Ray!

"I had the best experience with Sharleen Macias! "Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable and transparent. Sharleen, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and honest. Sharleen was not only great at what she does, but also honest and genuinely kind. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here, and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you for providing such superior service!" Hope Sharlene's work ethics don't go unnoticed..

Dependable Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I had my car serviced at Dependable Dodge yesterday and it was a quick and friendly service. The car was done earlier than expected and they kept me updated on the progress all along. Their electronic interface is cutting edge. I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. David, the service advisor, was great. I highly recommend having your car serviced at Dependable Dodge. It's a great dealership all around!

2022 Dodge Charger review
the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

2023 Dodge Charger review
Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I’ve purchased four vehicles from them, and each one has been great. The person who helped us this time was Dj, and he was exceptional from the moment we met. The car is beautiful, and I’ve never had any issues with any of the cars I’ve purchased here. The customer service is always amazing.

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs, igniti on coils, belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor, water pump, new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses, new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps, flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze, drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure, that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac, cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

2020 Dodge Charger review
I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

Kia Downtown Los Angeles review
Hello, I would like to take the time to acknowledge Sharleen Macias. I recently had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Sharleen Macias, and I feel it’s important to recognize the level of professionalism and care I received. From the moment I arrived, she was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Sharleen took the time to clearly explain the services needed, provided honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured—just well-informed and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Her communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Sharlene’s dedication, transparency, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her if anyone is looking for reliable and exceptional service. Please let me know you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely a happy customer 😊

2022 Dodge Charger review
The 2022 GT Charger looks great and sexy. Has a great sport suspension with excellent handling, V6 and ride. Best of all it gets excellent highway gas mileage. 30+ MPG. Trim and interior are perfect, except for not having the updated LED interior lighting. Otherwise, car can compete with any foreign manufacture in quality and price. Would recommend this car with a five-star rating.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CarMax Phoenix-Gilbert review
Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.
2016 Dodge Charger review
If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

I bought a car and decided to return it. Just didn't like the ride. No Problem! Don Foster was the best, no hassle, car salesman that I have encountered! I found another vehicle and no hassle return. It was great. All of the test drives were great and I was very comfortable doing them. Loved working with Carmax and Don Foster of Gilbert , AZ
2023 Dodge Charger review
This is my second Charger and they’re very reliable. My first one drove me through the flood in Brooklyn some years back. The water was up to my hood. She didn’t let me down. That one was an AWD, the one I have now is a rear while drive SXT. I’m extremely satisfied. And great on gas. Thanks Dodge.
