I have a 2014 Captiva which I purchased in 2015. Last Winter,the heater went out completely. During the past Summer, the air conditioner had limited air flow. I took the vehicle to Mtn View Chevy for a repair since Winter is returning. My mileage had just gone over the warranty limit when the problem started, so I knew that repairs would be out of pocket. On the first visit they did a computer reprogramming which fixed the problem for less than a day. The vehicle was returned and a short was found in the heat/air wiring. This fixed the problem. Unfortunately, the repair cost me over $1900!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Mr. Parker and the staff were great people to work with for the purchase of a new to us work van for our small business. We were looking at a new one but they had a used one with less than 6,000 miles with a great warranty.
My 2016 camaro developed a vibration when changing gears. It has an automatic trans with steering wheel shifters. On the 2nd visit to mtn view chevy, they were able to identify the problem as a torque converter shudder. The system was flushed and problem resolved. Since the car only has 20k miles on it, i am hoping that this was a permanent fix. I would like to keep the car and drive it for many years without anymore problems.
