I bought my BMW from Perfect Auto work with James the finance manager he is very honest and respect full got me the best and lowest rate he sold me a very clean and beautiful car all the sales people in this dealer were very knowledgeable about the cars very nice and clean dealership there was no pressure at all. Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
I discovered Lustine a few months ago when my Jeep needed service. Bryant Jones was assigned to help me and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond with assistance on gathering information on my service warranty from another dealer, kept me apprised of the work on my vehicle, and was honest about the work that needed to get done. Bryan was professional and genuinely friendly. I also had the pleasure of working with Finance Manager Azmi Sabah. Azmi was honest and helpful in the sale of a new vehicle. I believe Lustine thrives as a successful business because of honest and down to earth employees like Bryant and Azmi.
Great service as always, came in to have service done, had a busy schedule and Floyd as well as the rest of the service department were stellar on providing great customer service. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and was not pressured to return the loaner immediately. 5 out of 5 stars for the support and service !
A big thank you to Floyd for the amazing customer service and prompt replies. Not forgetting the awesome service I received from the mechanic Eric afterwards. I was very happy with Floyd. He informed me of the entire service process and the issues that my car had. I’ve taken my vehicle to other dealerships for repair and often things are not explained and i always end with a bill for things that I didn’t even want or requested. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me.

I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Traded in an old truck for a slightly less old truck. Walter and FC Auto made the whole process easy, fast, and pleasant. The paperwork processing was astonishingly fast, and Walter was unfailingly professional and courteous. My best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I strongly recommend them.
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
