Rachel Eisele, Tim O’Connell, and Tyler Stevens were fantastic. My husband and I were shopping for new car and didn’t have a salesperson chosen upfront. We walked into Bommarito Toyota and were immediately connected with Rachel. Rachel was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car as well as helping us understand all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of and in getting a good deal on our old vehicle that were trading in. She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. Tyler at the finance department helped us to seamlessly work through financing and was extremely patient with our two kiddos - 1 year and 3 years old. I couldn’t recommend Bommarito Toyota enough. This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport on saturday and I had a very pleasant experience with the sales rep, Michael Comley. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and gave me a very fair deal that stayed within my budget. . He took his time to explain and answer all my questions.I highly recommend Mike.

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I purchased a Kia Telluride from them. They were excellent to work with. No nonsense, knowledgeable, respectful of my time, have competitive pricing, smooth, buying process, and great product selection. I highly recommend them. Ask for Doug Willis, he’s great to work with.

Cody made this car buying experience the best and easiest experience we have had. There was no pressure on any specific car and when we were going through protections he would explain the value and accept whatever we said yay or nay. He was very personable and made waiting on paperwork and the detailing fly by.

I got my front and back breaks done. Quick service and Fey was extremely nice. Price wa lower than quoted at Firestone.

I went inside to get my oil changed. I really do appreciate Mr. Robert in the technician who changed my oil. The service was very good. I got in get out and that was the most important thing and they did advise me some things need to be changed from my vehicle and I told him I will take a look at it..
