Brought my vehicle back to get a situation addressed under the warranty provided with the prior service visit. The issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, at no charge, and the service department also conducted a premium-level wash and dressing on the exterior, along with vacuuming the interior, a nice surprise went I went to pick it up. This service center has always been courteous and professional with me, and I have much greater trust in them than any other repair shop I've used previously.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I always go to Meador dodge for routine maintenance on my vehicle, today I went to trade in for a more spacious vehicle. The process was great and in no time my family and I drove off on a 2020 dodge durango. So much thanks to Jose Jimenez great sales representative.

Quick car loan, no upfront hassles, until I took the time to inspect the car. Cigarette burn on drivers side seat. Scratches tot the exterior of the car and stains on the interior. Even though this was a 2025 car, it had over 5 thousand miles from being used as a loaner. This enabled me to get a new car cheaper than usual and customary, but there were no solutions in place to make the car as close to new as possible. Additionally the service department seemed unaware of how to enable certain car features, I also received services that I was not scheduled for. Very disorganized.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales team. Even though they did not have the vehicle we were looking for on site, they were able to locate the vehicle and bring in to their dealership.
